I had the best experience. Not once did I get the greedy car salesman vibe, I felt confident about the purchase of my new truck. I felt I paid a fair price after fees and taxes for my truck. The owner sales man was an honest person and wouldn’t hesitate to go back and buy another vehicle. I would 100% recommend this small dealership to anyone I know. Mike and his staff were more than happy to take the car I was interested in to my mechanic for a prepurchase inspection. They fixed the major issues I was concerned with about the car and gave me a good price for my trade in.

We had a great experience buying here. Mike was very accommodating with my tricky work schedule and was willing to answer any questions I had before we ever even set up a time to see the vehicle. Everything was straight forward and simple which made the buying process very easy. We took the vehicle to an auto shop for an inspection and Mike was very patient and helpful with the family when the shop took a bit longer than expected. There was no pressure to buy, no weird price negotiations, and no hidden charges or fees. The vehicles they choose are great quality and great prices.

We were looking for a new truck for my husband and he literally did everything in his power to help us and I can't thank him enough for that. He is unlike any other car dealer out there, he actually wants his customers to leave happy (and not strip their money dry). We just purchased our second vehicle from Mike. We can count on GR having top notch cars and trucks to choose from. Every time we need a vehicle, we check with Mike first. Our recent purchase was having some issues with the A/C. One call to Mike and we were directed to where we needed to go to get it resolved. It is wonderful that there are still businesses that stand behind what they are selling, especially used cars. That is almost unheard of! But Mike and GR are the real deal. And that is why we always return to GR Motors.

I just purchased my 3rd car from Mike. You deal with the owner so that is great. The first car i purchase was in 2012 and its still running. I had an intermittent issue with the lift gate on the most recent purchase and Mike went out of his way to get the issue resolved. He does tell you take it to a mechanic and have it checked out. I didn't but he still fixed the issue (not cheap) after the purchase was completed. They picked up the car from my house and left me a loaner while the car was being fixed. This is the best place to buy a used car by far in the area. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Mike!

Drove from Virginia to look over a vehicle they had for sale. I had contact Mike via email earlier in the week to inquire about it. Didn’t even ask to put it on hold on the day we drove down. We were quite pleased with the vehicle’s condition. Our salesman Hayes allowed us to take our time looking the vehicle over and gave us the keys for a test drive. Once the "dream car" was located, detailed and checked out, I showed up, gave it a spin, and drove away in it. All during my lunch hour.

My mother and I were both in the market for vehicles. We stopped by GR because they are close to home and work. They have a very impressive lot of cars with all options. Mike was absolutely amazing. The best car buying experience we have had. They brought back from the paint shop the Expedition we wanted to look at. They delivered the car to us at our home (a 2 hour drive) . The financing experience was smooth and not time consuming ( like it typically is).Very low pressure. Great service ! Great vehicles!
