Came here last week to look at furniture with my husband. we came here looking for a bedroom set and living room furniture Altheas the salesman walked up and was very courteous, but not clingy. after sitting on multiple couches, Husband and I went home to discuss I came back on Monday to purchase a beautiful living room set and Altheas took very good care of me. he's very personable, knowledgeable on the furniture and I think I was in and out within a half an hour. The only hiccup for some reason the finance company did not recognize my email address which I've had for over 10 years. getting my new furniture next week. We are excited. Thank you for a flawless, enjoyable experience.

DeeJohn was very helpful and answered our many questions very politely. We had a very pleasant experience choosing our furniture. We were not pressured to buy anything we were not interested in. We were given time to make a decision on our own. Pleasant experience and we are happy with the purchase price.

I’ve been buying my furniture from Rooms To Go and my sales rep Chris Wild for close to 20 years and each and every time it’s a pleasant and fun experience. Most importantly I always love my new furniture! Very rarely have I had any issues but if I’ve ever needed something they have always taken care of it right away for me.

Lots of options. Sales staff very helpful yet not overwhelming pressure. Provided details, allowed me to look around on my own but checked in occasionally.

The store is very large, with great inventory.
I visited on the Friday after Thanksgiving. People were everywhere! There were plenty of Sales associates. Jenna Stone was knowlegable and attentive. I got exactly what I needed at a great price! I will be back.

Went into store today to purchase dressers, needless to say end up purchasing a whole bed room set and mattress. Jenna Stone was very professional and down to earth. Very knowledgeable and not all up under me. I really appreciate her service and looking forward to receiving my purchase soon!!!

Ask for Latoya .. she is the absolute best! I brought my dad who was looking for a new sectional sofa. He found one he loved and Latoya worked with him to design the sofa exactly how he wanted it. She even let us bring in different tables and lamps until we found the perfect set up. She walked him through the entire process, answered all his questions, and the price and quality could not be beat. We will definitely go back for future furniture needs and will ask for Latoya every time.

We visited 3-4 furniture store before Rooms-to-go and this turned out to be the best furniture shop , in terms of quality, display and presentation. My One stop recommendation will be always Roomstogo .

My salesperson Destiny was extremely professional and thorough. My daughter and I came in and bought a sofa and recliner and were very pleased with our purchase.

They have really upped their game. The merchandise is so much better quality than years ago. Went in just because I was close to the store. We needed a sofa badly. (Jack Russell tore current one) Salesman was Clarence. Terrific guy. Very knowledgeable, zero pressure and found a good one. Very happy!!

Latoya was an absolute pleasure to work with and made me feel very comfortable in finding a beautiful sectional for my living room space. Very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. If you have not had a chance to visit rooms to go, I highly recommend and ask Latoya.

Purchasing six piece leather reclining sofa sectional. The lady sells person was very well knowledgeable about the quality and how to care for the sectional sofa. I was very pleased with her service. They had a huge president Day sale going on and by walking in personally I save 900 bucks.

I purchased the East Side Apartment Sofa and could not be more pleased. My entire experience with DJ at the Glenwood location was wonderful. I stopped by for a quick look at the sofas on Thursday night. DJ greeted me and listened to what I was looking for. He showed me the East Side Apartment Sofa and it was perfect but a little over my budget so I didn't buy it that night. After looking several other places, I returned the next day and purchased it. I had lots of questions and concerns but DJ was patient and addressed all my concerns in a professional, friendly manner. I picked up the sofa at the warehouse the following day and that process and the people involved were very professional and friendly as well. I was very impressed with Rooms to Go and their team members and I will shop there again for my next furniture purchase.

What an awesome experience! Have shopped here for over 2 decades. Today’s shopping was indeed the best experience. Cory was absolutely awesome! Anyone that can sway my , already made up mind about spending, is a true salesman. He gave me freedom to make a selection with no pressure. He is very knowledgeable about the merchandise. I am not a 5 rating type of person. To me a 5 star is perfect and nothing on earth is. However, to rate any less would not give Cory credit for his talent. Blessings to all!

Latoya is the best sales associate I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! She listened closely and was able to sketch out my living room and show me how each piece would fit together. She wasn’t trying to sell pieces just to be selling, but understood what I was looking for and gave me options and ideas that worked well. Corey was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he walked us around the store. He helped draw out our design on a paper so I could visualize the set up. I never felt rushed or pressured. It was a great furniture buying experience for us.

Diane Scott was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and articulate. She was caring and down to earth. She helped me furnish my first solo apartment. I came in for a living room set, but left with a living room set and dining set. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back soon!
