Mobile Laser Veterinary Services: Janine Sagris Dismukes, DVM

Dr. Janine and Suzie were absolutely fantastic with my cat that needed a couple of teeth extracted today. Both are very personable and easy to talk to. One of the things I really appreciated was the communication. They were in contact with me via phone and email several times prior to the appointment and texted me updates during the procedure, which helped put me at ease. Both of them were very caring and gentle with my cat. Dr. Janine explained the process of the work done and the instructions for his after care in great detail. She answered any questions I had without me feeling rushed out. Best of all, they come to you with their fully equipped van! I would highly recommend this practice.

We started being patients of Dr. Dismukes since we have had dogs. The whole practice is terrific. Kind and compassionate. The vet techs call and follow up when our pet is sick. It is so much less stress on them since they don’t have to go into a busy office. And very convenient to have them come to our home. I would highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience with this veterinary team. We genuinely feel lucky to have been served by them. Before, during, and well after the surgery our cat Savannah needed, they were above and beyond attentive and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We have been patrons of Dr Janine and her staff since she began practice. During this time we have had 6 dogs under her care. Each and every one had serious issues at one time or another. Some were terminal. We have received the best of care. Superior service. Everyone has gone above and beyond in the care of our babies. Our newest pup will now be enjoying the home service .

There is really no way to describe how thankful we are for Mobile Laser Veterinary Ssrvices. We have 3 dogs so the idea of trying to drag them all to a vet office for routine things is just crazy. Mobile Laser comes right to our house and they get each pup one by one and then bring them back inside. They have helped us with surgeries right there in the driveway, normal routine stuff, and even short notice followup when the pups aren't feeling well. They have been there for the best moments of getting a new baby to the worst ones when we have to say goodbye. All of the vets and staff are amazing and they truly love and care for our animals.

Excellent service! Very reasonable and punctual. Coming to the house is huge for time saving and alleviating animal stress from a brick-and-mortar animal hospital. Highly recommended!

She performed laser surgery on our beagle at our home in her mobile operating room and he has recovered very well. Dr. Janine and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, I have been very pleased with their services.

I am very pleased with the service and support I have received from Mobile Laser Vet. They took care of my diabetic cat for years, and in an emergency this week, provided me the service and support, going above and beyond to resolve the situation. I highly recommend.

We were referred by a friend to Mobile Laser Vet after our vet retired. Our dog, Daisy, was already 13 when we met the Mobile Laser Vet Team. From routine care, to removing tumors, to giving Daisy the most humane and peaceful goodbye possible, Dr. Janine and Dr. Kristi have been wonderful and always provided the most excellent care for our beloved family member. I would like to express my THANKS AND GRATITUDE to DR JANINE SAGRIS DISMUKES for taking out the non cancerous tumor on my dog Breezey in 2021. Unfortunately, Breezey died few days ago. Having mentioned that, I would like to THANK SUZIE for staying in touch with me thru texting… all these, considering they were close that day. My dog had Pericardial Effusion. 😭😭

I unfortunately had to call them to end my wonderful cat's suffering. They actually answered the phone, unlike the place I called first (that never called me back today). They accept Care Credit and were recommended by my regular vet. They were wonderful. They explained what they were doing and made sure she didn't hurt duting the process.

I will probably use them for regular vet services on my younger cat thay doesn't do wrll in a vet's office.

I love them! They do home visits and do most things that could be done in an office in the comfort of thier home.

Dr. Dismukes is a wonderful vet. She performed a procedure on my dog in her mobile laser office and I respect her highly. Her assistant Amy, I tolerate her so my pooch will benefit from Dr. Dismukes’ excellent care.

This practice prescribed my cat an overdose of gabapentin for her weight, resulting in me being advised by NC State emergency to bring her in right away. I sent Mobile Laser the emergency bill and they said they're sorry I'm "unhappy" with the results of the med but it is in the range of a dose "per cat." Sure, bigger cats, but it was an overdose for my cat's weight. NC State had me call the pet poison control line who agreed as well. Absolutely negligent and unsafe practice.
