So happy to have found this place. They take great care of our dog and were very kind when we had to put our 18 year old kitty down last year. I appreciate being able to text for appointments or other quick questions, and the front office staff are always so helpful and nice. Thankful for the vets and techs, and their patience, as well as their genuine love for animals!

I will never go to another vet again! I never question about the amazing level of care my dogs will get under the care of Dr. Francis and Dr. Jordan. Text communication, always friendly, and never feel rushed or pressured to do things I don't want to. They care for my dogs the same amount I do.

One dog had CCL surgery and had best communication before, during and after (very comforting). In addition, my dog has had tremendous improvements, post PT directions are great and he's not even two weeks post op.

I’ve been coming to CRAH since I moved to the triangle a couple years ago and will keep coming here as long as I stay in the area. The staff is so nice and accommodating to my 2 very differently behaved dogs. I’m never upset about pricing when we leave, and their reward system is more than fair. I regularly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.

All of the employees here are so caring, friendly, and clearly love animals. Dr. Jimenez is the BEST. She’s so knowledgeable and understanding! She was upfront about how much things would cost and even made sure that I would be able to afford it. They have all treated my pets with so much love and gentle care that I recommend them to all of my friends and family. They do an incredible job here. Thank you all!

Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital is the best! The staff is so kind and extremely helpful. They are honest and are amazing with communication. Everyone there truly cares about Cooper and what is best for his health - and Cooper absolutely loves coming to the vet! I can't recommend CRAH enough.

Dr Jordan and staff took exceptional care of our Yorkie Cooper, took him in for ACL related surgery and all was great, got Cooper back home and after completely waking up from the surgery the little dude hasn't skipped a beat. What a special place! Euthanizing your pet is one of the hardest things to do. Dr. Jimenez and the whole Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital staff was so kind and empathetic to our situation. From the very first phone call to our appointment, they treated our fur baby with passion and dignity. I highly recommend this vet!

I have been with CRAH for 4 years now and my two dogs have received the absolute best care. I had to put my beloved boy of 13 years to sleep this morning and they couldn't have been more loving and caring of both Buddy and myself. I felt so completely cared for and supported the entire way. He was treated with such dignity, I want to say my sincerest thank you for the CRAH family for their support during the worst of times. Thank you all.

I really can’t say enough good things about Creedmoor Animal Hospital. Knowledgeable, Kind, Compassionate staff. We were chosen by an old stray cat with some health issues, CRAH has been there to help get him as healthy as he can so he can live out his days happy and comfortable. Even though this vet is nearly an hour from my house, I’ll gladly travel there for all my animal health needs. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would.

(2022) UPDATE to my review: My old pup passed in a respectful fashion courtesy of Dr Peace, who has since provided amazing care in conjunction with Dr Jimenez to my young dog and my sister’s dog. I cannot say enough about the care provided here to dogs with all kinds of conditions and walks of life. I would trust all the doctors here - Jimenez, Peace, Jordan, and Ragle - as well as the technical staff with the care of any of my pets, including and especially in critical situations. One of my pets had a unique poisoning and Dr Jimenez researched for hours to give him the best care possible and got him back to health in half the time of the cases she found. Everyone here is awesome, friendly, and does the most they can do with the pets that come in. On top of that, all of my pets have LOVED coming in to see everyone! The fear-free methods used here make vet visits fun & cheerful instead of scary, for both pets and owners.
(2021) Brought my old pup to see Dr Jimenez and was amazed by the consideration she gave to his care as a geriatric dog. Other veterinarians insist on treatment that is too stressful for an older dog and she carefully considered pros and cons to each treatment option. The staff - front desk, technical, kennel - is incredible and kind.

Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital has been a home away from home for my Bichpoo. She goes to day care there as well as being a patient,too. I feel very comfortable with Cleo being there. I enjoy the front desk girls, Sophia, Hannah and Sofie. My Cleo thinks they are her other family. They are very welcoming and willing to help with any issue. I trust them as well as the doctors and other staff. I highly recommend CRAH.

The practice was great with answering quickly and answering all questions. Dr.Jordan did a great job on my boxers' TPLO surgery, and was great to talk to and explained everything well. Their prices are fair and service is great. I definitely recommend!

Brought our golden retriever Birdie for the first time today and are very impressed. The front desk staff is cheerful, personable, and efficient. Check in was quick and we were seen in a timely manner. Dr. Peace conducted the entire exam while on the floor with Birdie, who was a bit nervous. We both appreciated it tremendously! He was kind, patient, and thorough- everything you could ask for in a vet. The entire staff made our experience easy and enjoyable. We are so glad to have Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital so close to our home!

Wow, what a wonderful experience with Dr. Christen Ragle and Megan today! After our curbside visit, Dr. Ragle did a terrific job of sharing tips to keep my fur friends healthy while communicating key next steps for my elderly cat, Oliver. Dr. Ragle was able to walk me through options for future treatment with the right balance of concern, empathy, and positivity. I highly recommend taking your fur friends to see this great team soon! 🙂

I've been taking my yellow lab dog to a Vet off Millbrook Rd & Falls and I took her in to have a growth examined, well, during the consult I was only told that they didn't know what it was but just recommend to remove it if it became a problem. It really did not put a lot of confidence in me with being charged $400 and not being any more knowledgeable about it. Well recently it was recommended that I visit the new Dr Karina Ballester at the Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital (CRAH). And I can't say enough at how happy I am that we made that choice. Wow! Everyone there was so nice and treated me & my dog like we were family on the first visit. And not only that Dr Ballester made a recommendation to try this medicine to attack the growth mass on my dogs leg. And wow! within 7 days it was only 1/3 the size it was before. I feel confident that this office is on the right track and up to date on the latest developments in the industry. I will be going here from now on for all my Vet care. You can trust Dr B!

This review is long overdue. Fantastic job by the entire staff at Creedmoor Rd for taking care of Zora’s CCL repair in March. Dr. Jordan and his staff did an amazing job. They are very reasonably priced too. Thank you for everything you did for Zora.

This place and Dr. Jimenez are OUTSTANDING. The entire staff is so friendly, compassionate, and you can tell they really love animals. Our dog had a dental cleaning and extraction today and we were blown away by the caliber of care she received as well as how communicative Dr Jimenez was. They took excellent care of our girl and we are transferring care for all of our babies (a whole hoard lol) to here. Fees for the services provided were more than reasonable and we are just so impressed. If you’re in North Raleigh (or anywhere really) looking for a vet- this is the spot!

UPDATED REVIEW: Creedmoor Rd Animal Hospital has been our primary VET for over 20 years. Happy to say that new Vet Dr. Arlene Jimenez is an outstanding new addition to the team. She helped our sweet black lab with a recent rump issue. She introduced us to the Zen Collar and it has been a life saver for our pup. If you are looking for FAMILY PET CARE and excellent caring team, Dr Jimenez and Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital is the Best in Raleigh.

Best Vet in Raleigh! Dr. Jordan cared for our sweet Sasha for almost twelve years. She and her staff treated our dog like she was their dog. Dr. Jordan always took the time to give us of her insight and was forward thinking in making decisions for our pet’s health and well-being. If you are looking for a Vet who will be honest, ethical, and extremely well-informed, Dr. Jordan, will take good care of your pet. We have been going to CRAH for a couple of years now. Last year one of our cats had a tumor and had to have it removed. The staff was so kind, professional and supportive. They are always flexible with scheduling and are so helpful when we bring in Finn and Obi. Thank you so much guys!
