TGI Fridays

I recently had the pleasure of dining at TGI Fridays and was served by Morgan, who also handled the bar. Morgan was an absolute delight! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive without being intrusive, and her friendly demeanor made our dinner experience exceptionally pleasant. As a bartender, her skill was evident in the perfectly balanced cocktails she crafted for us. She recommended great menu options and her service was quick and efficient, ensuring our drinks were refreshed and our needs met throughout the meal.

What stood out most was Morgan's ability to make us feel welcomed and taken care of, all with a genuine smile and great enthusiasm. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. Thanks to Morgan, our evening at TGI Fridays was memorable. If you find yourself here, definitely ask for Morgan at the bar—you won’t be disappointed!

We had an amazing time at this location today. Service was excellent and the place is very clean. All the staff was great but our wait staff Aqueelah was incredible. She managed to still give great service while training a new staff member Lucy (who was also great) the whole time! We especially liked the truffle tot-chos and whiskey glaze sampler. Overall great experience and would definitely come back.

Our waiter Thomas was excellent. Even though he was bartender and had all the tables he still managed to check on us often. Food came out perfectly timed so we didn't get everything at once.
The salmon was tender, moist and flavorful. The whiskey chicken sandwich was big and delicious. With the chips and salsa the chips were warm. On the appetizer the mozzarella sticks the cheese was warm, boneless wings were tender and the potato skins were perfect.

We have been coming here for YEARS and have always enjoyed the food (from the Cajun pasta to the French onion soup) but the best part is the staff, in particular, Kayla. She’s always upbeat and friendly but most importantly, she’s an excellent server/bartender. Your glass will never go empty and your appetizers will always be piping hot. Highly recommend.

Dined in this evening with my family and had Morgan as my server. She did an amazing job at making sure our needs were met and was extremely kind. The food was great as always. Will be dining in again soon! :)

I have to say that Morgan, my bartender/server was very personable and attentive. Nothing makes a bar experience better than great customer service and you’ve got that with Morgan! I’ll be back!

Last year I gave this place 1 star. So little of a 1 star I sent I letter to corporate directly to Kate the issues known. We had been going regularly, and the service and all-around quality declined quickly. I received a response from corporate and went back about 1 month later and experienced an entirely different restaurant. They fixed several issues that were happening, they fixed their beer tap problems, and the food came quicker and cooked properly. My wife has sense become great friends with the bartender Aree, and we frequently visit to see her specifically and get great food and service every time! If you're in the area, give them a shot as they have made changes recently and are working hard to provide a better all-around experience.

Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. Even the steamed broccoli was flavorful.

Morgan was our server she was very personable and soft spoken she gave us great attention and ask if we needed anything. She deserves a raise ! Best service we have ever had !

Stopped by the Garner TGIF for a quick lunch - our server managed the bar and took care of our needs fairly quick. Food was delicious, table was clean, and would definitely come back - Morgan did a great job.

Amazing veggie burger, fries, and slaw!!! And the sweetest and most helpful bartender as my server - Kayla is sooo awesome!!! Love this location!

Kayla is absolutely wonderful! She is funny, attentive and seems to genuinly care about her customer's experience. She also has a great sense of humor, which adds to her charm. An all around great experience.

My server Aqueelah was the only bartender serving drinks for the entire restaurant while also serving and taking orders. She had ALOT to manage in the bar area but she managed to serve everyone with a smile. I just wanted to make that she is recognized for her efforts and I hope she know that TGIF appreciate her.

We combined Valentine's dinner with my birthday, and are glad we chose TGIFridays. Plenty of seating on a Monday evening, so the service was timely and friendly. The food was freshly prepared. Enjoyed our Whiskey glaze burgers and the Brownie Obsession.

This place surprised us. It is so good we have returned there a few times. The service is outstanding. The burgers are wonderful and cooked to order. The bucket of bones is my go to dish. It consists of a combination of ribs and wings. They offer numerous sauces to choose from. The beer menu is impressive. We will go back, but will try other things on the menu.

Morgan is my favorite bartender there. She has the best personality and always makes my drink the best. I hope she’s still there after the summer season.

I thought the food was very good and the potato skins were a great way to start our meal. Kayla was super nice and took great care of us.

Yas & Morgan are my favorites at the bar. Destiny and Steph are great servers! Gabby was very attentive and had everything I needed for my meal. Thanks!
