We were very fortunate to research ahead and walk into Lanier Auto Group last month. Mr. Johnnie was a 100% professional on every level. We have been waiting a few years for the right used vehicle and the timing was right and Lanier Auto Group had just the Toyota Camry we were looking for. I love this car. Amber B was wonderful to work with. She set my mind at ease and helped me with getting everything in order. I live 2.5 hours away and having her be honest with me and talk me through the vehicle I wanted to purchase made the actual transaction simple once I arrived at the dealership. From test driving to driving off was probably an hour. She was all smiles and super friendly and the office bulldog was so adorable.

Never go to used car Lot and Johny was so amazig and supportive The real bosses the sweet helpful female staff, LOL. Had my 42 yr old wheelchair daughter Elizabeth with me, Staff was All about true support from start of test drive to best offer and in two days car ready and after months no problems, they fixed the driver electric window motor replaceent as offered

I was nervous about buying a used car as a female so I brought my father-in-law with me. This place was so different from anywhere else I’ve gone before! Great car buying experience. The cars I looked at were just as described. Johnnie knew the details of each car I looked at and was up front with both the positives and negatives. He had even done research to verify details about the maintenance history of the vehicle we putchased. With his help we were able to choose the right vehicle for us. I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler for my soon to be 16 year old daughter. It had a lot of miles on it which was fine for a new driver. We traveled 5.5 hours away from GA last month and I worked with sales guy, Johnnie Morris and owner, John Lanier. They were great to work with. They even met me after they closed and let me test drive the Jeep that night. The next day I went to a 3rd party to get the Jeep checked out and all was good. We were able to get the title and then drive back to GA and got the car registered. John even recommended getting a rear view camera installed from Geek Squad Best Buy which he took care of. John is a guy you can trust as we had things that needed to be taken care of in the process and he got it all done. I would recommend Lanier Auto Sales in Garner, NC as they will take care of you all the way from GA 5.5 hours away.

Tim was very courteous and professional. Even though I called him for towing my car he did the initial diagnostics to ensure towing the car is the last option we have to go for. And when he had to tow he made sure everything was in place for my AWD car. I went through AAA roadside assistance.

My daughter bought a VW Passer TDI from Lanier. Mr. Johnnie was a straight forward and honest man to deal with. He had the car serviced at his cost at a local VW dealership before selling it to my daughter and when it was brought to his attention the rear tires needed replacing he did that at his cost as well. Buying a used car is sometimes tough, but Mr. Johnnie held up his end from start to finish and I found him to be very ethical, honest, and customer focused.
