Excellent experience - was looking for a wetsuit and visited 2 other surf shops before trying Surf City - Chris was knowledgeable and helpful in picking one out that fit perfectly - My new go-to surf shop!

They have the best board selection and the best deals! Their staff is amazing and so knowledgeable!!! Cannot recommend enough!!!

These guys are absolutely awesome!! I bought a surf board bag from them a few months ago and the zippers on the bag ended coming off the tracks. I called them to see if I could get it replaced, and they where able to do it for me. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them for more surf gear in the future

Great staff, helped me locate an item by phone & held it for me behind the counter. Every staff member seems REALLY amazing (even guys who seem like they might be the owners). Nice selection of clothes and essentials and surf boards too (even used).

Took surf lessons today and came here to buy a surf board. Not only was it lack of inventory but Absolute horrible service. I left and went somewhere else to buy one.

Fin Austin greeted me and provided a mask for me to where in the store. I stopped by to get some of Mr Zoggs car scents for my truck. Fin was really helpful and offered if I needed anything else. I highly recommend and is now my go to store for all my surfing needs.

Best Surf Shop hands down! Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff, great products and the customer service is the best of the best, do yourself a favor and try these guys out before going anywhere els, you won’t regret it!

Bought another board for the quiver around July 4th, and was helped out by Collin (?). Just great customer service; we talked shop and he even came out to the car to help us wedge it into the car for the trip home since we didn't have a surf rack. Fantastic deals, in addition to the customer service. Highly recommended, no matter your level of experience. Thx guys!

Love this shop!! I have bought several boards here. They always have knowledgeable staff to educate me on the pros and cons of different types of surfboards. They always have the best customer service in helping me choose from myriad board to find just what I am looking for. Thanks Surf City for another sick sled!!!

Great place to go if you're looking for a surf board. The owner spent over an hour with my husband talking to him about what he was looking for, his wants and surfing style to find him the perfect board for his needs. The whole staff was really friendly.

This place is great. They'll will help you find the board that fits your needs. And they have great clothes and other stuff as well.

Every time we come to Wrightsville we stop at Surf City on day one and rent a foam top surfboard. Our kids used this to learn to surf when they were 7 and 9 and still love it now that they are 15 and 17. This year we went in there probably 4 times checking out all the great suits and surf gear.

Mike and his staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. It's always a great experience at Surf City Surf Shop!
