Hidden Valley Animal Hospital

I was visiting family when my 20+ year old cat had an urgent but not emergency status GI problem in the evening. They were able to see her 1st thing the next morning. All of the staff was friendly, gentle and accommodating to my little old lady and me - her anxious mother. Age appropriate treatments were recommended wo breaking the bank.

Fantastic place for just about everything. From the vets to the groomers. Just a piece of wholesome joy and my dog loves it. They even remembered Cloudy's long name hahah.

I switched to Hidden Valley a few months ago, and I have absolutely no regrets. Dr Valensizi (Dr V) is fantastic. She takes her time with me and my doggie. The staff is also very attentive, friendly, and doesn’t make feel rushed. Highly recommend! 10/10

Dr. V has been our vet for years and I love how gentle, compassionate and caring she is with my scaredy cat/s. She provides information and options when I have questions and is never pushy. I like how she tells stories from her experiences with similar concerns with her own animals. Whenever my kitties have had issues in the past, she follows up with a phone call to check in with how they’re doing. Front desk staff and all the vet assistants were kind, offering to help me transport the cat carrier (which was extra helpful because I came with a toddler and my other child.)

I also like how they have complimentary towels infused with Feliway to put around my nervous big boy. It really helps.

I’ve gotten nothing but good care and had all positive experiences in almost my 10 years with Hidden Valley. I’d recommend them 100%!

Everyone there is very nice and considerate. The doctor really took her time and kept me well informed on all my dogs health options. I appreciate the way Hidden Valley operates and conducts business! A+

Charlie and Thad approved! My family has used this vet clinic for many years, through multiple litters of puppies and now for my 2 goldens. They are incredibly caring and helpful. Drs. Szabo & Sabadish are incredible. You can tell how much they care about the dogs and help you make decisions about their health. We live further away now but still always use this place because we don’t want to go elsewhere!

I recently moved from Charlotte to Raleigh and was nervous about finding a vet that was close to the same care that I had. I called up Hidden Valley based on the great reviews I had seen and the transfer from the Charlotte vet to them was easy. They took care of getting all the records. The visit was also fabulous. The staff made sure to take all the correct steps as a new patient. I am happy I made the choice to go with Hidden Valley.

Great dog grooming service. Petco and other grooming services refused my 16-yo Maltese as he's old and grumpy. The groomer at Hidden Valley took good care of him. Highly recommended!

Kennedy recently had his teeth cleaned, Dr. Szabo was just excellent with exceptional care for both Kennedy and myself. I stayed during the procedure, Dr. Szabo came in the room and provided constant updates. Once we were home Dr. Szabo continued to call almost every hour until closing. The next day Dr. Szabo was off, he had explained that if we needed anything to contact the office. On Wednesday morning Dr. Szabo, who was off for the day, called to check on Kennedy. Dr. Szabo called again on Thursday and I will forever be grateful for the great kindness he showed towards both Kennedy and I. I attached photos Tuesday(@the vet) Wednesday and Thursday at home…my boy is much better and much healthier thanks to Dr. Szabo.

This has been my vet office for more than ten years and for two small dogs. The friendliness and service is spectacular. The vet care is the best. If you want a routine visit, they will set up a visit for your convenience. If you need a visit NOW, they will have you in NOW. I highly recommend Hidden Valley Animal Hospital for your pets.

I needed a quick appointment because Darby wasn’t feeling well & they got me in same day! I usually see Dr McCormack, who is fabulous & loves my Darby, but since she was on vaca, I saw Dr Soares. She was wonderful, taking her time with me which I truly appreciate. I love this Vet Hospital & highly recommend it!! Everyone is very friendly & helpful.

We recently started taking our 3 furbabies to Hidden Valley Animal for their veterinary care. Here's what I particularly like about this clinic: the front office staff always answers the phone; I've never been placed on a "brief hold" (aka "long hold" that eventually goes to voicemail or gets dropped) as I almost always was at the previous veterinary practice; the front office staff are friendly and helpful people; the 3 doctors (Sabadish, Soares, and Szabo) who have cared for my pets have provided excellent care with pleasant "bedside manners", taking interest in my animals' health as well as taking thr time to answer and address all my questions and concerns, respectively. I highly recommend Hidden Valley Animal Hospital.

i drove from Graham (about an hour and a half drive) to go to this vet office as i had used them when i lived in Raleigh previously. i really didn't trust anyone near me to do the careful grooming my Charlie needed. even tho i was very late arriving due to not being accustomed to driving on I-40 during morning rush hour, Joy at the front desk showed me excellent customer service by finding a vet tech to help me, and Charlie was taken care of.
in case you haven't had the same experience i have had, very few employees seem to know what customer service is anymore so this was greatly appreciated.
we didn't see her this time but, when i was living in Raleigh, Dr. Berry was a responsive and excellent vet as well. i really, really wish i lived closer.

I have nothing but great things to say about Hidden Valley Animal Hospital. Over the seven or so years they cared for my dog, every interaction was positive. All the staff were pleasant and really seemed to be enjoying their work. Dr. Szabo is wonderful! The level of compassion, professionalism, knowledge, and love for his trade are top notch. The care was thorough and not overboard. By that I mean he didn't try to push for extra meds or procedures, etc. I am so glad we found him as a doctor and with the passing of our dog, we honestly are sad to not have any more visits, as weird as that may sound. The office is in a small quiet strip, is kept clean, and wait times were minimal. I price shopped when I first was looking for a vet and prices were lower or in line with other vets. The front desk was on top of their game and payment was straightforward. I highly recommend this veterinary office.
