I've been taking my kitties to Cozy Cat for almost 10 years. Dr. Wallace and the entire Cozy Cat team are very caring about my fur babies and incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you so much for being the anchor in my graybies’ health journey and guiding me through every challenge!

This is the best veterinary experience I have ever had in taking cats for their care. And I have had cats all my life! They are able to calm one of my very sensitive and easily upset cats and get through her exam with several approaches that I have not seen prior to coming to this practice. They understand cats and make excellent suggestions for their care.

I have used Cozy Cat to care for my two cats for both vet services and for boarding for 15 years. They are very professional and thorough and clearly care for their patients. They (both the doctor and the staff) have always been very attentive to both me and my cats.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this vet!! Dr. Wallace and staff were so gentle and caring with our cats. They were very informative about the general well being of our boys as well as helped us with some behavioral issues. I haven’t found another vet we love as much as this team!!

Love Cozy Cat! We feel like our cat is so secure and loved whenever he is there. They take great care of him and communicate well to us.

We can’t say enough good things about Cozy Cat! If our cats could talk, they would tell you how sweet the vets and staff are to them every visit. They call to check up on them depending on the need. They even give “report cards” after the visit in an email and always say the sweetest things about them on top of the medical notes.

I love taking my cats here for their yearly exam and for any other needs. The staff are always patient and caring and Dr. Wallace does a great job at explaining my cat's health to me/keeping me updated. I would recommend this vet to all of my friends who have cats in the area.

I had a very sick, fractious cat that several other vets had not been willing to examine. Cozy Cat made sure she was medicated and comfortable and she finally got the care she needed. Everyone who helped us was so compassionate and professional and we are so grateful! 10/10 experience!

I first went to Cozy Cat about a year ago with a sick cat. The vet listened to my concerns and recommended some tests. My cat was diabetic and the clinic was very attentive on working with me to help control his blood sugar and make sure he is doing great. Both vets are very caring and definitely put the health of the animal before anything else. If you have a cat, this is the place to go.

For 20 years I boarded one or two cats at Cozy Cat over holidays and was always pleased with the techs' interest in their care. This year both cats passed away. I recently took my new cat to board for 9 days, and he came home as happy and healthy as the others had. I can enjoy trips more knowing that my kitty is well looked after every day, with vet care on site if needed.

I have recently moved to Raleigh with my cat. Nora is a lovely sweet cat at home and a fierce lunging beast cat at ANY vet. Despite Nora's aggression, the entire staff at Cozy Cat were understanding and soothing to me and to Nora. They were extremely professional in her treatment. I am impressed with the quality of care provided.

Cozy Cat is the place for you! I have numerous friends that have used their services and once my 16 year old kitty Lillian started having some concerns that I felt were not being addressed at her previous vet, I made the switch. I impressed not only with the quality of care provided by the staff but with the personal attention you receive as an owner. They explain everything and ensure you understand before taking action. I have never felt rushed or hesitant to ask any questions. Their pandemic safety protocols are A+ as well. I am confident that I made the correct choice in shifting Lillian's care to Cozy Cat.

My first time going to see Cozy Cat & Dr. Wallace and I was so pleasantly surprised! The staff is so friendly and attentive, I really felt they cared for my cat. Dr. Wallace went above and beyond to take time to talk to me after the appointment and tell me everything that she did and what she suggests for my cat. Dr. Wallace sends report cards home as well which is really helpful in keeping track of everything that happened during the visit. Cozy cat also has lots of precautions in place due to COVID. I have to admit I was worried about not being able to go in with my cat, but it honestly was so fine. The staff and Dr. Wallace communicated to you the whole time so you feel as if you were apart of the appointment.

My wife and I are new to the pet thing. We adopted 2 cats last year. Our first one was Lady. Took her to a vet close to me. After spending a lot of money (nearly $1,000) the problem wasn't solved. She also had an ear issue that wasn't even mentioned by them. Took her to Cozy Cat, $150 later, problems solved. Staff is cool in a weird, cat people, kind of way. Love it! You guys are the best!!!!!!
I pass many vets to get to this one.

I love Cozy Cat! We have three cats and each has different needs. One has urinary issues and the other thyroid. Cozy Cat takes care of each of them with warmth and care. Two of them are long hairs and need professional grooming, which Cozy Cat performs masterfully. It's also reassuring to know that my kitties are only in an environment with other kitties, that's important to us. I would recommend Cozy Cat to any cat owner who wants the best veterinary care in Raleigh.

After having a bad experience at another vet, I found Cozy Cat. I read every single review and decided to make an appointment.

Everyone was so kind, complimentary of our kitten, and the entire environment was calm and welcoming. At the previous vet, our cat was terrified and lashed out. Here, they let him warm up to his environment, spoke softly to him, and he did a great job - even through his vaccines. It was an entirely different and refreshing experience.

I'm so thankful for your expertise and patience with scared cats. Thank you!
