The best hotel I've stayed in, in Wilmington. Friendly workers and great service with just as good breakfast

I was here on a work trip during the hurricane. This was one of the nicest places I've stayed. Neither myself or my team wanted to leave. The rooms were awesome. Very well set up. Everything you could need was in the room. It was spacious and cozy. Everyone was friendly, we couldn't use the pool, because of the storm but that wasn't an issue. I truly enjoyed my stay. I would like to visit again when I wasn't working a hurricane storm call.

This is our second year in a row staying at this hotel for a beach weekend. It is lovely! The #1 best thing is the employees! They are so friendly and nice. The rooms are clean. The pool area is beautiful and there are a few toys to enjoy at the pool. There is a basketball court as well. This is such a good place to stay when wanting to visit Wrightsville Beach. We will return!

Everything was spot on! I expected nothing less from a Residence Inn! They have a neighborhood cat named Skittles and she's really awesome - and that's coming from a dog person! :D

I have been missing out!! I come to Wilmington every quarter for work and I hate I hadn't stayed here all the previous times. This location is within 10 minutes drive to beach-bonus, the rooms are very spacious and feel more like an apartment then a hotel- plus, and the complimentary breakfast- delicious! All of these factors plus the bar that offers small bites and cocktails have pulled me in and I'll be back professionally and personally for a stay.

Staff was fantastic. They helped me with a problem of my own creation without hesitation. They also quickly came to fix a chirping smoke detector.

My favorite hotel in the area! Great staff great rooms! I always stay here.

When in Wilmington, NC this is my go to Hotel. Everyone here is very professional from the front desk to the maintenance guys!!!! Front desk staff went above and beyond for me. I was staying there for work and it was about 10 p.m. and they made a fresh pot of coffee for me and my husband and even went so, far as to find 2 coffee carafes to keep it warm for us to use until we were done with our coffee!!!!! I Love Marriott Hotels they are my Favorite Hotels and they really know how to treat there customers well.

This place is fantastic for business or for a getaway to Wilmington with family. Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and nice walks to take with your family or pets! The Manager, Amy, along with her staff(Tristan, Tyler, Sydney, Frank) always go above and beyond to ensure your stay is peaceful, clean and comfortable for any needs you may have!! Wonderful staff across the board! So incredibly quiet, I don't know how they do it, honestly! I am half way through a 25 day stay and everything has been fantastic. I love that they feed and care for two outside cats that live on the grounds.

Hidden gem! We’ve stayed at this location numerous times over the years and always have an overall good experience. Location is super convenient to popular restaurants and just a short drive to Wrightsville beach and downtown Wilmington. Walk to grocery, cafes and ice cream. Speaking from a family with multiple kids, the rooms are a tad larger than other options in town, especially compared to those cramped beach front rooms. Worth the few minute drive to have lots of space for the same price if not cheaper. With a selection of the rooms here, you get a small kitchen, standard sized fridge and the bedroom is separate from the living space. The area grounds, lobby and pool are always well kept and the kids always make new friends while swimming. Staff is down-to-earth and simply get their jobs done. Rooms are always super clean.

Beautiful property, very clean, spacious rooms, balcony over the pool with a nice view. The staff was helpful and welcoming! Tyler was very helpful with the area and great personality! We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the mixer was a plus, fun was to start the night! Would highly recommend!

The building is old and not completely clean, but it is a comfortable place for families to come and eat and rest. Especially Ms. Sydney is very kind. Thank you for your service.

I spent about a month at this location and had a fantastic stay. This hotel is well managed from front desk staff to housekeeping, every interaction was pleasant. Fantastic location with lots of food choices. Quiet rooms, clean and nicely decorated. Pet friendly with lots of grass for the doggies to run around. Spacious breakfast area, never crowded and food was always replenished till closing time.

Incredible hotel! As an Ambassador Elite member that’s put down more than 212 nights this past year alone (and many nights this year already too), I can say that the customer service is absolutely amazing here. Specifically, Frank was HIGHLY accommodating and guest-oriented. Stellar, stellar performance and help from him during our visit!

Great location! Less than eight miles from downtown and close to Wrightsville Beach. Pet friendly hotel. Our dogs were very welcome and it is apparent that the staff really loves animals. They also had a wonderful breakfast bar. The rooms were clean and well appointed. My husband posted pictures on Facebook of the hotel because he wanted to recommend it to friends.

This hotel has the BEST staff we have ever experienced. Amy (GM) is excellent 10+, housekeeping excellent, kitchen 10+, front desk excellent. Everyone is so polite and helpful. You won't be disappointed.

This is my 2nd time staying here. It has been 3 years the last time I was here, and the room appears to be pretty new but I don't remember much from the last time which indicates that everything was fine. The staff is very nice and helpful. I forgot toothpaste and they have single use packages of Colgate. The breakfast bar is great; everything was packaged for single serving due to covid, but I actually like the convenience. Parking is all around the building, front, back and on one side of the building. The location is great because it has restaurants, gas station, etc... nearby.
