I am grateful for the excellent health care I receive from Dr. Whitt. She has been my physician ever since my husband & I moved to the area. She is an outstanding health provider who is thorough, caring and always makes me feel comfortable when I discuss my medical concerns. Whenever I write to her on my Patient Portal, I receive a timely answer. Knowing I have a provider who truly cares about my health brings comfort to me. I highly recommend Avance Care, South Chapel Hill location to anyone looking for outstanding medical care.

The staff at Avance Care Chapel Hill South location is top notch!! They are all helpful, professional and kind. They understand the challenges that busy families have to navigate! Especially impressed and grateful for their robust office hours. Their flexible schedule allows for making appointments after school and work and on weekends is a breeze and that is amazing!!

I really like it there. I see Stacy Clark. She’s as cool as it gets. Very comfortable to be around and always listens and welcomes your opinion. Staff is nice and the place is outstanding. I never had to wait more than a day to get in. Seriously, I can’t think of anything negative.

I had been very sick and went to a CVS Minute Clinic on NYE as they were the only one open. They sent me home saying it was just a virus and I should be feeling better in 3-4 days. Well 4 days later my symptoms were getting worse. I was able to easily make a same day appointment at Avance with Pam Lattimore. She was great, very knowledgeable and ran appropriate virus tests and prescribed an antibiotic and the next day I’m already improving. Avance is also Primary Care for my family. They are always wonderful!

My son had a rebound case of strep and we were visiting family in the area. I called and made an appointment. The receptionist was the absolute nicest person. Registering a new patient was easy. Upon arrival we were moved through quickly and efficiently. The nurse taking vitals and pre screening was amazing. The APRN who we saw was also nice and thorough. If we ever get sick again when visiting family from out of state I will go out of my way to visit this location again.

I have been a patient of Avance Care in South Chapel Hill for 3 years and I’m so very satisfied with their care! The staff is friendly and professional, as well as the providers. They listen to your concerns and can always accommodate you if something comes up and you need an appointment. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for high-quality care!!

I just had my first appointment with Avance Care, and it was perhaps one of the best primary care experiences I've ever had. All staff was kind and supportive, and the provider I saw, FNP Pamela Lattimore, was extremely friendly and open. I always feel a bit skittish at the doctor's office, but the fact that she and all other staff were professional and personable put me at ease, and I really appreciated that everything was explained to me in detail. I will definitely be keeping Avance Care as my primary care facility, and recommend it to anyone who wants real patient-centered care.

Such a nice alternative to Urgent Care. Quick appointment---usually day of, no wait, excellent NP care. Caring people. Highly recommend.

I was sick over the weekend with a very painful sinus infection. I was able to get in to see my doctor and she was able to help me. The staff is very kind and make you feel very comfortable and my PCP, Dr. Kristy Su is very kind as well, knowledgeable and listens attentively to what I have to say. I left very satisfied and was taken care of. I highly recommend this office for your medical needs

The people and doctors here at Avance care are so nice and really care about you. They are very compassionate and treat you like family. They are all just so wonderful. The office is beautiful and the whole place is also so clean and immaculate and gives you a really great feeling. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and open about everything you need.All the doctors are so knowledgeable and caring about everything and the whole staff is so sweet. They go out of there way to make sure I have every question answered and all the help that I needed. I would defiantly recommend anyone to go here. Thanks for being so great.

Can't say enough about the kind, caring and professional people that work here. Responsive, compassionate, knowledgeable. Simply amazing. They take the time to listen to me as not just a patient but a person. I drive 45 minutes to be a patient at this location for one simple reason - They are simply the best. Nurse practitioner Kristy Su is one of the best.

The professionalism, kindness and attention Avance Care delivers to their patients is World-Class. My primary care is with Avance Care and my provider is Kristy Su who is the quintessence of professionalism. Kristy is detailed, caring and you feel better just talking with her. This proficiency does not stop at Kristy, it is pervasive throughout the entire organization. An example is Jenny Mcleod. Jenny is the embodiment of efficiency. When you speak with Jenny, you know whatever she said she will do, she does. That is rare and for that I am grateful.

There is something special about Avance Care of Chapel Hill , other companies and other industries could learn volumes from how Avance Care treats their patients and their employees.

I am so impressed by Advance Care - especially Donna Whitt, Stacy Clark, Hannah Cogburn and Julia Christy. No matter what care I need, they go above and beyond every single visit. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They explain things so clearly and are extremely patient with questions. My health is so much better because of them. From check in to check out, everyone is super nice and makes you feel very welcome. I also trust any of the referrals they give me for things they can't offer. I don't think twice about who they send me to because I have that much faith in who they send me to. Thank you Avance Care for always being rockstars. I can't say enough good things about you! They’re very nice, but the last time we went for an urgent care situation we discovered that they no are longer an urgent care facility.

Best clinic ever! Super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and skilled staff from the front desk to the medical team to the lab. There was no waiting and the clinic was exceptionally clean. I have already recommended Dr. Whitt to my friends.

The three staff people we dealt with--guy at front desk, nurse, and doctor were all extremely professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel at ease and to be helpful. They were all very understanding and compassionate. The doctor (we forget her name!) had a great bedside manner, listened attentively, and was very helpful. Also, we went to the associated pharmacy next door for our prescriptions. The pharmacist was very friendly, helpful, and took his time with us. We didn't have to wait hardly at all to be seen. We will definitely be going back. My girlfriend (the one who was seen) has had a chronic disease for eleven years and has seen countless doctors. Often when they learn you have a rare chronic disease they want to get rid of you as quickly as they can. This doctor really took her time assessing how best she could help. She listened well, was understanding and asked a lot of questions. The other staff members were equally helpful and professional.

The doctors and staff are so thorough, accommodating and kind. Very attentive and you never feel rushed. As a new resident to NC I’m grateful that I found them to be my primary care doctors! Definitely a great choice!
