Excellent food! After walking and driving nice area! Spacious, clean and super friendly staff! They also have very delicious ice cream! Very well priced!

Great place to eat at Grandfather Mountain. They have plenty of room and honestly the food was reasonably priced and served fast. I was sure I was going to have to drop $50 but only spent $35 for me, my wife, and a meal split by my two older kiddos including drinks. Check it out the next time you are at Grandfather Mountain.

Wow! This is not like any other park restaurant. This place has REALLY GOOD FOOD! when I ordered the ham and cheese sandwich, I was hoping for something that was at least edible. What I got on my tray was one of the best sandwiches I'd had in a long time. The fries were crispy and tasty! It's always a rule of thumb to pack a picnic lunch at parks, but do yourself a favor and when at Grandfather, EAT AT MILDRED'S ❤

Much better food than I was expecting. It was nice to get out of the cold and have a warm lunch while we explored the beautiful sights. The prices were Fair considering this is heavy tourist traffic.

Great food! Fresh burgers and fries and my daughter loves the soup. Fast service!

The hot cocoa and cider were perfect on a chilly days walk down the hill to see the bears. The paved walkway is easy.

This was a really nice place to eat. Considering that it is in a tourist spot, the prices were not as expensive as you would expect. The food was freshly prepared. The lady that took our order was very friendly. I would eat here again if I was touring grandfather Mountain.

MIldred's Grill is a great place to gather after or in the middle of traipsing around Grandfather Mountain... we had burgers and fries and a nice hot bowl of beef / vegetable soup... yummy...
Also, Big Shout out to Rhonda who took our order and baked one of the best Apple Pies I've had in awhile...

I know most don't think of restaurants in parks or tourist places as fantastic, but Mildred's is a surprise. The prices are extremely reasonable, the food is very good, and the employees are the best part! It's hard to manage a lot of orders especially with kids picking food and ice cream flavors but the staff was patient and kind. This is one place you can count on buying lunch and not having to pack a picnic!

Nice restaurant with a perfect menu,we ordered veggie burger and ham burger combos, both were delicious and pocket friendly

Didn't try the food. But it they didn't say anything as we sat and ate our sandwiches from home inside the restaurant in order to escape the cold wind outside. Menu looked good. Kinda sad we brought sandwiches.

They have really good food here and I always stop in to eat when we bring our kids to grandfather mountain each year. The staff is very friendly and checks on you well with southern hospitality. Would recommend to anyone as a single, couple or a family is nicely decorated too right next to the gift shop, and museum, they also have a small outdoor patio seating which is nice during warmer months.

The food is good, you order then come back when it's ready to pick it up.

Mildred's Grill food actually tastes good and has a good price. You will not feel ripped off here if you stop by for a burger and some delicious fries!

Only restaurant in the Grandfather Mountain. Amazing food! Food is fresh and is prepared nicely. The Ice cream too if you want a dessert. Lastly, everything is not possible without the great staff. Highly Recommended if you are on the mountain.

After a long day of hiking, this was a nice place to eat basic lunch fare before heading out.

Great place for a meal or snack, birds, squirrels, and chipmunks playing outside the windows. The staff are really amazing.

Went this past weekend the place is top notch=staff is super friendly-i wanted to give them 5+ stars food is not bad at all and prices are not bad considering the place it is. I want to give many thanks to the ladies that worked in the kitchen on the day we went. Keep up the great work:)
