Working with Scott and Amy over at Molina carpets was a breeze from start to finish. Scott came to my home multiple times with a variety of large sample swatches (which he let me keep), catering to our needs and explaining the carpet characteristics, price, warranty, and process. And it was like he was telling a good friend about a diamond in the rough he'd found, just for you! And yeah, that was what I feel like I got here, with Molina. I got four quotes, and no one beat them on price.

While I did not personally witness the install, my wife tells me they were professional, friendly, and done far faster than expected. Everything looked fantastic, we are so happy we went with the "Iron" color. The feel, look, and comfort of the new rooms, and my confidence in the installation and the warranty, gives me only one regret - that we couldn't do our master bedroom at the same time.

But someday, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful experience with Renee and Scott! We picked out one of their stock carpets and it was installed in the same week. We will be using them for the rest of our house later this year!

Exceptional! I got 4 quotes for high quality carpet and Molina’s was by far the most reasonably priced with the best carpet selection in the area. The folks who own it have a great staff who are knowledgeable and super helpful. Not pushy! The carpet is so beautiful and fine! We are so delighted with Molina’s. They do the job well- careful with moving furniture and placing it perfectly back. They stand behind their work 100%. Don’t look anywhere else. You will not be disappointed!

I am exceptionally satisfied with my experience with Molina Carpets. From first visit to install it was only 13 days. We were very happy with the final price for carpet and install. We visited Molina because we were gathering quotes for having our carpet replaced in the upstairs of our home. We first visited on Jan. 8th. William was a wealth of information about carpet and helped us determine the carpet that would fit our needs. He had lots of samples. They could order lots of options for us and they had a number of options that the store stocked and was available immediately. Those stocked items are also less costly than ordering. We went home with a number of their in stock carpet samples and an appointment for William to visit and measure our upstairs space. We picked one of their in stock Carpets so he could schedule us for the following week for install. We chose Friday, 1/21, (but they could have done earlier in the week). Installers showed up on time, were efficient, did very minimal damage to walls moving those big rolls of carpet, they shifted our furniture as needed. They got the whole install done in one day. The carpet is fabulous! A transition strip was forgotten with our order. I called and someone from the store delivered so they could install same day. I cannot say enough good things about Molina Carpets. If you need flooring you should give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

Used Molina Carpets for my condo and what a great job! Good communications, easy scheduling and a competitive price won this guy over. My 2 bedrooms were carpeted in four hours and ready to go on the market. Definitely recommend Molina Carpets for your future flooring work...

We must say working with Renee and her team was such a pleasure. Renee certainly went above and beyond to help select a carpet to match our needs and even went so far as to made sure that it complemented our new interior paint using a paint deck. Her prices were very competitive compared to others in the area and willing to work with us to keep it within budget with no surprises or add-on charges. We visited the store on several occasions and she was so patient and understanding and always with a smile. She truly believes in providing the best customer service experience. The installation went very smoothly and the crew was very meticulous in clean-up after. The carpet looks great in our house and we could not be happier. We would not hesitate to recommend and use her again in the future.

I was referred to Molina by a friend of mine who’s daughter had used them. Renee was wonderful to work with, taking time to explain different types of carpeting and pros and cons of each. She came to my home to measure and was on time and again, spent ample time to answer my questions. When it came time for the install, the men that performed the service worked nonstop to complete the job. They did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the results! I am happy to recommend such a wonderful family business!

Molina Carpets is hands down the best flooring company in the area! They came out and did a free in-home estimate that was very informative and showed me lots of options. The entire staff is knowledgeable about flooring and carpets of all types and they were honest - they did not try to up sale or pressure me to buy anything. Their prices were also the best in the area and they could not be beat. My installation of both carpet and flooring went flawlessly - the team that came out were very professional and made sure I was happy with every detail. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend Molina Carpets and will be using them again! I would like to thank the owners and staff for being so kind and working with me.

Used Molina for carpet upstairs and LVP to replace hardwoods downstairs. They were great. We were given a three day time frame to complete the job, but they were done in 2. Initial consultation did not feel pushy in any way! House looks fantastic. Would highly recommend Molina Carpets.

We did have some damage to the flange in our downstairs 1/2 bath. Not anything that was done due to neglect, I am sure it was an honest mistake. When we notified Molina, they had it rectified in about 30 minutes. No hassle, no question, just gave us a credit for the repair. Highly professional.

We just had carpet and LVP installed by Molina throughout our home. Throughout the entire experience - from the initial call to set up the in-home consultation to our last interaction - everyone at Molina was wonderful. When you call you speak to someone who lives locally and has a reputation in the community.

We were torn between a few different choices at different price points. Never did they suggest a more expensive product or try to force our decision. They simply gave us prices, each product's benefits and features, and let us make our decision for ourselves.

Molina's installers are efficient, detail-oriented, and do a great job. I had a few "trouble spots" in our home that represented a few challenges in the flooring installation - difficult miters, intricate corners, etc. When they were done and I looked at their work I was impressed. I can honestly say they did a better job than anybody else I know would have done - and they did the entire house in less than a day's work! Including moving appliances, beds, hauling out the old flooring, etc. Like some I was hesitant to hire out for a product we hear is so easy to DIY like LVP flooring. Well after seeing Molina's work they are more than worth it.

I really doubt we will have any issues with our new floors, but if we do I don't see any reason to expect a hassle dealing with Molina. Besides keeping money in our local economy, dealing with a local company means they're easy to get ahold of if an issue arises.

Super accommodating when I requested to have my carpets installed 2 days sooner than originally scheduled. All the employees from the sales to installers were super people to work with. And a huge added plus was they beat several other competitors prices with a higher quality product. Thank you.

Molina's Carpets are the best to work with! We contacted quite a few local businesses for an estimate for carpet. They were the only ones that even bothered to bring samples to see and touch. They were there for us every step of the way and communication was top-notch. Their installation team was on time, courteous and did a fantastic job, at a very reasonable price. I love my new carpet and highly recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Renee and her crew were amazing through the entire process. She made time to go through all of our options and calculated different estimates based on everything we liked. We valued her opinion and knowledge and did not try to push anything. I am so happy we had Molina's do our floors. My husband and I highly recommend them. The entire process was quick and painless and in less than 2 weeks our entire house was done, from the time I contacted them for initial estimate until project complete. The crew does amazing work. Very efficient and professional. With home improvement projects communication is extremely important to me. While driving on the busy interstate yesterday I was in the wrong lane and needed to get over not only once but twice (I’m not from the area & not used to the traffic), a guy in a Molina Carpets vehicle was so polite & let me over both times I needed to get over! If they are capable of being so nice on the road, I can only imagine the customer service experience that is received when using their services.

Molina Carpets is the absolute BEST! I just can not express how impressed I am with this carpet company. I have had them re-stretch the carpet in my home and install new flooring in my bathroom. It took me a while to find the bathroom flooring I wanted however, Renee and her team were very patient with me and went over and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Renee is just so wonderful. The guys that came to do the work were outstanding. They were all so skilled, respectful and nice to have working in my home. I do not do reviews very often. I am also pretty picky about my home and expect outstanding workmanship and Molina Carpets has never disappointed me. I would NEVER use anyone else.

We are so impressed with Molina Carpets! Our designer recommended them to us, and everything she promised - they delivered. We worked with Peter and Deborah, who happen to be the nicest folks you’ll ever meet. Plenty of time was spent discussing patterns, textures, colors, uses, expectations - and the financial investment is beyond reasonable. Our install is so professional I guarantee you’d think we paid 2-3 times what we actually did. Even after deciding on measurements, etc., when the day of install actually came - the installer very patiently went over measurements with me inch by inch (we were doing a stair runner, so tread exposure was very important to us) until we’d worked out the EXACT perfect width of our runner. I cannot say enough about this company. I’d give more stars if more was an option!

Great carpet, fantastic people, and a reasonable price!

I can’t thank you enough for patients and willingness to reschedule, multiple times, our carpet installation. Every time I called, everyone I spoke to at Molina was always so nice and helpful and never got mad for me having to cancel and reschedule. It was quite embarrassing to have to make the call especially after the 3rd time!

Your crew did a great job and the carpet looks fantastic!
