Shoe Carnival

This is the best shoe store around to me and I love to go in and get shoes for me and my husband. They have quality products for a bit less then you would pay at other stores. They let you look around and find what you want instead of bugging you. Love this place.

My son and I went into Show Carnival to buy my 5 year old shoes. HE had a big growth spurt during the summer. I easily get frustrated with buying him shoes. Keyara H. and Ryan helped me shop like they were shopping for their kids. They made shoe shopping so easy for me and I wanted to express my gratitude for them. I can't wait for the next shopping trip.

Got so many shoes and brands for everyone. Went in just to browse, and such great selections and sales, did not leave empty handed. Will positively go back for more.

The clerks were very helpful and the cashier was extremely friendly and you could tell she enjoyed speaking with people and she even said she enjoyed meeting new people. Shoe Carnival experiences have always been pleasant 😌.

We bring our family in here occasionally to grab new shoes. They usually have a decent selection of shoes on sale. Not sure why but every time we come in each employee is always in a great mood and are super helpful. We have always had a great experience shopping here and it’s why we keep coming back. It’s like the Chick-fil-A of shoes.

Customer service was amazing. There was a store associate mcing on the mic to tell the customers about the deals of the day. Her personality was great and she was helpful. I was just visiting from Florida, but I would come back if I'm in the area again.

The best customer service ever, in store and online! Had an issue with some boots purchased online and took them back to the store. They didn't have the sizes needed, so they took back the boots even though that store didn't stock that exact boot, and reordered for me. I called back 2 days before Christmas because the boots hadn't arrived even though FedEx claimed it was delivered, and was told they were very sorry and they'd overnight me another pair but couldn't garauntee the delivery because of Christmas. That was understandable and totally out of their control. The boots arrived the morning after Christmas, no questions asked just wanting to make sure I was happy with my purchase and experience with Shoe Carnival. Since Payless closed I've been searching for somewhere else to buy the kids shoes. Because of the excellent treatment I received, I have definitely found a new shoe store!!

I always have a great experience at Shoe Carnival. The employees are always friendly and they greet everyone that walks in. They're very helpful when I am looking for something specific.

It was a clean environment. Wear a mask required (yay)! I received service right away and was able to get what I needed and exit the store within 15 minutes
