Ashley Store

Went to Ashley in McDonough yesterday & ordered two same size ottomans. Got home and realized I just wanted one super sized one (which they had). I had my 7 year old grandson Rowland with me both days! A sweet girl named Keanna (Kay) helped us both days. She was absolutely the BEST associate I’ve ever dealt with. Knowledgeable and super helpful! Most importantly my grandson just loved her. She was amazing with him. She let him “help” with the transaction explained what she was doing & why. He spoke of her for the rest of the day on Monday. When we went back Tuesday, he ran in the store & said yes we need to speak to Kay! She high fived him and again got us through the cancellation of Mondays purchase & the sale of the new ottoman. He stuck right with her in the store and told her he wanted to come work with her! 😂. So he says JuJu can we tell her boss how nice she is? I said of course. We found him and I let Rowland explain to him how much he loved her. The manager (super nice) pointed at me & said who is this? He said this is JuJu. He said JuJu she would appreciate a review online if you don’t mind! I said of course! This is the first time I’ve shopped Ashley. Wonderful experience, great selections, OUTSTANDING staff! Thank you Kay for your great help. Thank you most of all for engaging with my little meatball! You left a great impression on him! You’re the BEST!

I Went look for a electric console loveseat and had a very nice customer service. Representative named Tammy help me out. She was very patient because I came in one night to look at it and decided to get. It came back the next night and she did a wonderful job of helping me with discounts and the interest. Everything went well and I will get my new piece of furniture in approximately 3 days which is very fast, which I Love because I don't have to wait a month to get what I bought.

I am filled with gratitude as I reflect on the incredible experience I had with Eric, who served as my salesman during a recent shopping venture. Eric's commitment to excellence and genuine care for his customers have left an indelible mark on me, and I feel compelled to express my appreciation for his exceptional service.

UPDATE: We swung thru to pick up a new livingroom suite. My SO's doctor said we needed something firmer. Walked in, asked for Tammy. An hour or so later she had made impossible things happen, and we are happily awaiting delivery of our new furniture at an excellent price. ASK FOR TAMMY!

Tammy was amazing. Found exactly what I wanted and got the best price she could. Excellent customer service with no pressure. 10/10 I will ask for her in the future.

Our visit was great. We were greeted with a big hello and a friendly smile from Sawyer. He told us the layout of your store and left us to look and was available for questions regarding dining tables. We did purchase a table we were happy with-without pressure and that was nice. Sawyer is very knowledgeable and didn't mind our questions. This was a very good shopping experience. We will share our experience with our friends.

So this review is gonna be a tad different: I want to show you some of the beautiful home furnishings available at my Ashley. Yup, your favorite foodie can help you find the perfect furniture, accents, rugs, art, and some pretty cool lighting. The little things in our spaces make the biggest difference. We also have a nice mattress gallery with some of the latest and most advanced sleep technology! It would be my absolute pleasure assisting you; just ask for Shannon at the greeter station. I love this Ashely location. Tammy was so helpful. There were so many options. The shopping and purchase experience was wonderful. My last sofa was Ashley and I had it for 10 years. Looking forward to another 10 years with the new one.

I receive the best customer service I have ever experienced tonight from Antwan and Erica. They were so patient and understanding. This was my first time buying furniture for my first home and they gave me that A1 service. I will forever be grateful for them both. This is what true customer service look like. I am a happy customer and it is because of them two.

Eric did a great job helping my wife and I pick out our very first coach. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He gave us plenty of space while my wife and I discussed the different choices and how we were going to purchase!

Shannon is awesome, professional and knowledgeable! She helped me find exactly what I wanted. I love my new sofa!

Cathy greeted us with a smile and was nearly completely hands off while we looked around at couches - which made our first visit totally stress free and we greatly appreciated that. She was there when we had questions, but we were not in a position to buy that day but would be in a few weeks. She understood that we were searching for our perfect couch and would have to come back for it. 3 weeks later we came back and asked for Cathy and she got us taken care of super quickly and out the door to enjoy the rest of our day. She worked with us on our delivery date, and was an absolute joy to work with. Thank you Cathy!

Shannon was amazing!!!! She respected my wishes as I just went to the store to look and she told me she would be close by if I needed anything or had any questions. When I had a question about a particular living room suit we in the end found the one I really wanted which was not in store so she then showed me several pics and waited as I decided to make sure the measurements would work in my room! She was so much help and super sweet!!! Thank you for all your help and I’m so excited to get my new comfy couch!!!

Eric was great! Assisted with my purchase and very knowledgeable. I also appreciated how he guided us through the store and didn’t push us into any sales but more so supported our vision :)

I had a wonderful expierence with Shannon today. My house was hit by lightning last week and we lost everything. She was very patient with helping me find the right furniture. She made this trip very easy and stress free. She deserves special recognition because when you loose everything , you need a kind understanding professional.

Tammy greeted us, listened well, and immediately ordered, on her tablet, exactly what my daughter came in to order online, knowing the store didn't carry it! She was quick, professional, and very caring. Gi e her a raise!!
