McDonald's

The food and service have been good for me the last several months. They’re doing a great job.

We had no problems with this order. The food was freshly cooked. The wait time was acceptable.

The McDonald's in Jackson, Ga was great today..... actually fresh and hot, belive or not! Ha, better than what I've been getting in Griffin!!

This place always has their orders correct and the nicest employees ever. They are so very sweet
And orderly and always pays close attention to the customer in front of them and that they are satisfied. And ya know what ? Their ice cream machine works 90 percent of the time the other ten is when they are truly cleaning it

The staff that takes your order and the pay window is always pleasant! However, today was my third time with the same staff female at the pickup window that is not friendly at all. She never sp also even when she is spoken to. And she always forgets to give napkins and straws always have to ask for them.

We were in and out. No problem. The food was good.

We've been to this McDonald's multiple times now. The inside service was very fast and they got everything correct. The drive through has been a bit slow in my experience but mostly during lunch hour when it's really packed. All in all, we like the restaurant for convince in location and same great values as all locations.

This McDonald's has great friendly service. Up date interior, good parking no waiting in line for service , burger was hot, coffee for senior was a free refill , clean rest room , all amenities was refreshed and filled. Clean table, clean floor. Will be a return customer.

First time in a long time and today didn't disappoint me I went through the drive through and I got fast friendly service and my food was hot and still hot when I got home 15 minutes later. Great job 👏👍

I had Marquis waiting on me and he was awesome. He was very polite and just a great person with a great smile and even better attitude and energy. So hopefully you could get a store full of Marquis's in the Jackson McDonald's and it would be a whole lot more enjoyable.

Had a very pleasent experiance today. Have not been able to say that in a long time if ever. Thank you. Helps when nice people start your day off right. Food was fresh and very good also.

I have to give a huge shoutout to all the closers that worked there tonight (02/12/2022) They were all so nice and friendly and made our food with love every single one of them needs a raise or a shoutout so owner manager whoever pls recognize these amazing people thank you guys y’all will always have my business 🙏

Was happy. Because as usual, I didn't have to wait and wait. Even there drive through is like that " the no waiting". They're on their jobs, at this particular McDonald's

Forgot my debit card how to count out change and the girl at drive-thru had every right to be angry was sweet and handled it very well it also gave me $0.25 her name was kamaria she was awesome this whole crew was very pleasant

Two cheeseburgers and fries with a large Coke. Always good. Went through the drive through and the service was fast with a clean appearing parking lot. Friendly staff as well.
