High Falls RV Park & Tiny Home Community

Nice place! Huge, wonderful fenced dog play area! The folks that run it are very nice and accommodating. Beautiful location and close enough Interstate 75 to be convenient to get to without being too close. Very interesting display of antique farm equipment as well!

Since 2020 I have been blessed to travel with my husband to the different work sites the company he works for sends him. I am retired now and this has been a wonderful opportunity for me. We were very fortunate to find High Falls RV Park. It is very convenient to the interstate, however without the horrible noise that comes with that convenience. Our site was so large and peaceful. The other campers there in the campground were extended stay and so friendly. We had the feeling of a safe, comfortable and welcoming stay there. We were able to stay about 7 months. Frank the manager was always there when you needed something large or small. I will highly recommend this wonderful campground to anyone looking for a place to call “ home” for a while. I’m a traveling construction worker so I enjoy being able to come back to my home to a quiet well maintained community. The management and staff are extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind. I have 0 negative comments about this place. No problems with the electricity, dog park on site, kind neighbors. Do businesses with them if in the area

Great park, I absolutely love staying here. I've been here about a month and will be staying until the end of June. The owners keep the place clean and are always out doing things to improve the property. The full time residents are friendly and welcoming. The off-leash dog park is awesome, coin operated laundry is in good working order and the site hook-ups all work as expected.

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful park for several weeks. During that time I was undergoing medical tests. Both the owners and the hosts were like family and checked in on us every few days to make sure we didn't need anything. The host even brought me flowers. As we left we received an encouraging get well card and they asked us to keep in touch. During our stay the park was quiet and we couldn't have asked for a better temporary home. We are both very grateful to have found the park and to be on the receiving end of such kind treatment!

We lived full time here both under the previous owners and then later with the new owner. Both times were wonderful. We have RV traveled the country from GA to CA and back, staying in countless RV parks from nightly to monthly, and this one is top notch. Part of what makes it so great is the owner and manager who are always honest, kind, and helpful. They work hard to accommodate people last minute and they always gave us a very fair rate. In fact, when I left early due to employment changes related to Covid, they refunded my money right away. The park is clean and quiet, and the off-the-main-road feel is peaceful. I loved being there in all seasons (though Autumn is the best!), and its proximity to the state park is a nice bonus.

Very friendly staff and accommodating at the last minute. The dog park isn’t just some small fenced in yard… no no no… it’s a large well maintained 1/2 acre (or so) great grass - of running area for any sized large dog in need of some serious exercise. We would definitely return.

Awesome park, very clean and well kept, owners are very nice. Has a big dog park and laundry facilities. Love the vintage decor placed throughout the park, adds a nice touch to the scenery. Close to High Falls state park which has beautiful scenery and hiking trails, definitely check it out. Nothing bad to say, would definitely recommend. 👍👍

We were headed out of Florida away from the beast that is Dorian to visit family in KY, when we were blessed to find this great little park. Super new owners and host couple who are beyond friendly and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality guys and hope to see you again soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this quiet, peaceful park. The checkin was easy and the camp host was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. I wish all camp hosts were this friendly and helpful. Our spot was level and easy to get in and out of, and the grounds are kept neat and clean. If we're ever in the area again, this will definitely be the first place I call and try to book.

Very spacious and quite place. Everything was so cute and clean. Very large dog park that was well maintained. We had an issue with our camper this morning and the owner, Steve, came right over and went above and beyond to help us figure out the problem. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely park

My favorite place. The residents are so chill. This place was so quiet. One person was playing music but had good taste. They also turned it off before dinner time. Respectable neighbors. Also cheaper than the state park. This place has full hook up and state park does not. Only 5 min from the park which is beautiful.

The High Falls RV Park has new owners who are super friendly and very accommodating. They are constantly busy at work cleaning up sites, landscaping and trying to make this charming little campground even more delightful. The lot rent is fair and the facilities are neat. There isn't much here, but the park is very close to hiking and waterways. We have enjoyed the High Falls State Park (less than half a mile away) and have also taken our kayaks out several times on the lakes (also less than half a mile away.) I would recommend this park.

Had a great time here, the camp hosts were very accommodating when we couldn’t find another place to stay (at the last minute) and extremely welcoming. Very clean, quiet and well-run campground. Would definitely come back.

Great staff, clean bathrooms. The dog park is very large. Only issue was the sewage drain at my site was just a hair above my actual drain pipe on my trailer so it made draining my tanks a bit tricky. Still a 5 star park and we will be back.

Local people there are extremely nice and everyone is willing too help everyone else out. Park host was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely glad to have google maps though. Local bar called Backwoods was nice, friendly. A little inn the expensive side but no where else really to go there to shoot done 🎱.

We had a trailer tire blowout in Jackson, and needed a spot to stay for the night. We were lucky to find this wonderful campground. Staff was kind and accommodating. Full hookups, wif-fi, camp spots are shady, and they have a huge dog park! All for a super reasonable price. Next time we are travelling this way, we will definitely stay here longer.
