Family Tree Animal Clinic

Wonderful vet. My 10yr old Boxer-Pug loved the staff and Dr. Bannister, and so did I. She was feeling a bit under the weather this morning, and they were able to get us in as a new patient almost immediately. Dr. Bannister is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time with us during our visit. My pup has been to some good vets over the past decade, but this one is truly great. I'm very happy we found Family Tree!

Dr. Bannister and staff at Family Tree Animal Clinic really took care of our fur babies and made sure they got everything they needed. You can tell that they really love animals and therefore provide the best care possible. My entire family of 3 goes to see Dr. Bannister and they just love roaming the office and cuddling up to the staff. It makes us really happy to see that our pets are well taken care of which gives us a sense of comfort and peace of mind. I would highly recommend FTAC if you want your pets to be in the best care possible. I wish all vets would be this thorough and takes the time to explain everything. Great job FTAC team!!

We have found our Vet!

We have been taking our 3 dogs to family tree for almost 3 years now. Dr. Bannister , Ian and the entire team have been wonderful. One of our dogs is deaf and ended up having. MMM, a serious muscle disease, and Dr. Bannister was very thorough in his examination to help diagnose her and then refer to a neurologist. We are very grateful for his expertise. Highly recommend.

So impressed. I was blown away by the level of care I received from Dr. Bannister and his technician, Ian. Dr. Bannister was thorough, kind, and so helpful as he explained my dog’s condition. You can tell he cares about animals and knows what he’s doing, which feels more and more rare these days. The little touches they provide too really make a difference: readying a room with your pet’s name, a coffee bar, a friendly receptionist, and state-of-the-art technology. I’ve never been encountered such care and professionalism in a veterinary environment and it was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend. I’ll be coming back for sure.

We have enjoyed bringing our dogs to Family Tree since they opened! Dr. Bannister goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with treatment and to address your every concern! He even helped step by step with all of the paperwork, enabling us to meet the extensive and tedious requirements for transporting the dogs overseas. We were able to skip pet quarantine and breezed through the pet inspection due to his careful planning and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

The clinic is super cute and welcoming right off the bat. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. I have a large anxious GSD who has always hated check ups and she loves Dr Bannister and all the employees!

It was such a relief to bring my new dog to Family Tree Animal Clinic! The staff are very professional, friendly, and responsive. From the second you walk in to Family Tree Animal Clinic you feel welcome! All of the staff is extremely friendly and warm. Dr Bannister is so kind, informative, and thorough. You can tell that he takes great pride in what he does and truly cares about your pets care and well being. He explained every step of what he was doing while examining my Letty, and in terms that I could understand. The facility is beautiful as well! I HIGHLY recommend Family Tree if you want your fur babies to be treated like family and not just a name on a chart.

The staff here is always welcoming and sincerely concerned for the animals and owners that they service. Dr. Bannister is thorough in his examinations and explanations of his determinations. There is no push for additional cost services that may not be necessary. I highly recommend Family Tree Medical Clinic for the best experience that a pet owner could hope for. My dog, Gator, will be a patient there for as long as I am lucky enough to have him with me.

We have been bringing our 16 week old puppy to Dr Bannister and our experience has been great! Although Covid procedures to ensure everyone’s safety have not allowed me to meet him in person, his approach is fantastic as he calls and discusses all issues, findings, questions and recommendations before and after every appointment. Dr Bannister is very patient and spends a lot of time going over all my questions and concerns to ensure I am educated and comfortable with the care my sweet puppy receives. I am very pleased with FTAC and can tell Dr Bannister truly cares about each patient and providing the best care possible.

Dr. Bannister and team are wonderful! We recently moved to Alpharetta and were told Family Tree was the best Vet to go to and they were right! Everyone was so attentive, warm and informative. Roo’s first exam was a good experience.

Dr. Bannister and his staff are caring and compassionate. They've always given my dog and I all the time and attention we need and happily answer all my many questions. The clinic atmosphere is very calm and welcoming, and I love that everyone there always greets my dog by name! I've never had difficulty getting an appointment, even a last minute Saturday one. I really feel good about the care my dog receives at Family Tree.

Bringing my puppy here was the best decision I could've made! The facility is new, squeaky clean, and inviting. The staff are beyond friendly, thoughtful, and made our pup feel extra loved. Dr. Bannister was kind, professional, and allowed plenty of time for questions. He explained everything he was going to do beforehand and had a wonderful "bedside manner." We're so happy to have found Family Tree!

Hands down the best vet visit!!! I was greeted promptly and the doctor did something I'd never seen before. He went over everything on my baby prior to coming in to see what was wrong. He reviewed all 13 years of your records!!!!
Another thing I really appreciated was the fact the doctor examined my Apple Love (my fur baby) in front of me. She was comfortable and seemed to be much more at ease than she usually is at the veterinarian's office!!!!

I switched vets recently after realizing that my last vet was getting too busy and missing out on some “attention to detail” points. Dr. Bannister has been great with my French Bulldog and Chihuahua, who recently had her teeth cleaned with him. He is very thorough and his staff is friendly and attentive. I really like the quiet atmosphere and the lack of chaos. Although my dogs will never like going to the vet, the experience has been a positive one so far.
