Greeted instantly in a very polite, friendly & professional manner. Invited to look around with ZERO pressure. Salesman “RODNEY” was quickly available to give intelligent, informative and helpful answers when asked.
We tried around 6 items for comparison comfort wise, found something in stock and within budget. Bought it. Rodney even helped us to the car (pick-up) and helped load it before thanking us and sending us on our way with a new mattress and smiles on our faces. THANKS!

The Sleep Expert(Rodney) of Mattress Firm assisted me with selecting a mattress/frame that met my requirements. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient during the process. This location was very clean and customer-friendly.

Went in prepared to be pushed with a sales pitch but was very pleasantly surprised with Rodney’s approach and assistance with our mattress purchase. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a mattress to visit Rodney at Edgewood because his knowledge is very in depth but approachable and suitable for what we were looking for. The proof in the pudding is that we did purchase what Rodney first recommended, after we compared similar mattresses but he knew precisely what we wanted and we are happy we visited his store for our purchase!

We had THE most amazing experience with Rodney at the Edgewood location. We went into the store to just look around, as we shop around for a new mattress set, and ended up leaving with a new king size mattress and king deluxe adjustable base. Might I add we showed up and closing time and Rodney still took the time to show us all the different mattress choices and their functions. Please go see him his customer service is unmatched.

The salesman was very helpful, he wasn't pushy and I appreciated that. He even was able to save me some money by getting the bed I wanted from the outlet. So I would recommend this mattress firm to anyone looking for a mattress without the pushy salesman.

Rodney was the one who helped me with my purchase. Very professional, easy communication and quick. Even answered some questions outside of business hours when I contacted him and within minutes, he replied. Would definitely recommend this local store. They were able to deliver what I wanted within 3 days during this time of the year (Black Friday).

I had such a great experience at Mattress Firm. I just told the representative (Rodney) what I was looking for and my price range and he brought me right to the options that fit my needs. He was very friendly and helpful and didn't try to sell me something "better" and out of my price range. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Would recommend any day!
