I couldn’t believe how great the selection was here and all of the employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I was greeted and was asked if I needed help by at least half a dozen people. Then Victoria & Marquise were awesome in helping me find the perfect item. Super excited about the vanity I purchased today, beautiful top and great quality cabinet with soft close doors.

Josh, Issac and Victoria are the best! They provide excellent customer service and Builder Surplus is my place for exterior and interior doors!

I was skeptical at first upon arriving but very soon I was pleased with the selection. However, the biggest bonus was the service! Every employee I encountered was willing to help. They all had a wonderful attitude and were willing to help us in any way. I want to add a special shout out to Earl, the vanity manager on duty. He was patient, thorough and went out of his way to help. I can honestly say that he made the purchase happen. I believe he went above and beyond to help us and all I can say is THANK YOU!

Absolutely loved our experience here, Victoria, Randy & Nick were the best to work with. We came and picked out what we wanted, had to come back and pick it up. They were so understanding when we forgot there is a limit on debit cards!! Anyway it was an adventure, we picked up and bought more while there. We were greeted at the door by Victoria, who called us by name the second time around, because the first was like I said an adventure. Randy & Nick both remembered us and helped us pick out flooring and got us all loaded up and it wasn’t easy.

Earl helped me out very quickly and efficiently today. I came in looking for a specific door and walked out within 5 minutes. 100% recommend this place for all door/window needs!

Appreciated my service from here, specifically from Nick as he has helped me and my company on multiple occasions. He specifically helped us with trim, cut them to our specific needs, and packed it on our truck. Cant find too many eployees that go out their way nowadays so you have to give credit where its due

Jeremy really knew his stuff and did a great job showing us around all the door options. He had some great ideas that actually helped us save a lot of money because we were buying more than a dozen doors. He was also very attentive to what’s in stock, and what’s not before I went and paid for everything and help me double check to make sure the order was correct, all in all it was a great experience.

Josh helped me picked out a double front door. I am so excited to have it installed. Josh was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions. I will be back to purchase more doors from Josh. Thank you for making me a very happy customer.

At first I had a problem with my selection. But, I thank God Victoria was there. She was professional, patient and extremely courteous. She did not stop until my issue was rectified. I will return, and I will refer people because standard of service counts with me. Marquise is a wonderful professional and customer focused manager. 10 starts from me!!

Went in on a Saturday and came back today and got my door. Avery was AMAZZZING! He gave me so many options and I found the door I really wanted! My first time in the store and definitely not my last. He was so helpful and I can’t wait to get the door installed. I’ll be back to get more items to transform my bathroom.

First time visiting Builders Surplus. Came into the store looking for kitchen cabinets and quartz counter tops. We were overwhelmed by all of selections offered, Earl approached my husband and I to see if we needed help. He was so knowledgeable, and professional.
He listened to our needs and offered some great suggestions. We will definitely return and ask for EARL!

Best customer service! Every time we turned around someone was right there to help us and answer questions. Cut sheets with sizes and prices are available for the taking. Nice to see full sized cabinet styles, windows and doors for comparison. Easy access, lots of parking.
