I just want to Thank the staff at Performance Diesel for doing a great job on my truck repair. I have a Intenational Day cab that had a pretty bad oil leak which I was told was probably a front cover leak. John & his staff at Performance Diesel went to work on it & discovered it was more serious than a front cover seal. When I first bought this truck in July 2022 from Arrow Truck Sales, they called me & told me the Camshaft & Camshaft Rollers had to be replaced at a repair shop they utilize for their repairs in Jonesboro Ga. before I pick up the truck. Well It turned out that, this repair shop in Jonesboro did not tighten the camshaft bolts tight so everything was damaged in the camshaft including the rollers. Performance Diesel showed me the damage, gave me my estimate & my ETA on my truck. They kept to the timeline & had me running in 4 days. I've had absolutely no leaks or issue with the truck. My driver is happy how the truck is running & so am I. Performance Diesel did a great job & will have my business on all my trucks!

I brought my truck in for an overhead and to diagnose a possible bad injector. I called on a Monday morning John / Cheyanne told me to bring it in. Technician had it diagnosed by noon. It would have been ready that afternoon but they had to wait on the injector. Truck was ready Tuesday. Running great after the repair and overhead. Thank you Performance Diesel. I’ll be back. I highly recommend Performance Diesel.

I had to pull off the road last week and take a phone call for about a hour I set in their parking lot on the phone and playing monopoly go. Thanks for not calling the sheriff on me and for that I’ll do a 5 star rating

This is my third time going to Performance Diesel. They are a great group of guys. I had a turn signal issue on my headlights. I called them spoke to Stacy they got me in right away whenever I got there and Chris the mechanic did the repair. He is a awesome technician, and he did a fantastic job. My truck absolutely died a few months ago on a Friday and I had to have it towed to my house. I had my usual mechanic look at it on Sunday afternoon (he had been out of town) and he could not find the problem. I called Performance Diesel on Monday morning. I had never used them before. They pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone and we talked about having it towed to Jackson (2-2.5 hours away). It was loaded and wouldn't start, so that was not a good option. Brad sent a technician (JT - Awesome guy) to my shop and within 2 hours, we had a new ECM and she was running like a charm. I don't know of many diesel shops, this day in time, that would send a tech 2.5 hours to accomodate us, especially since we were not an established customer. Their customer service and road service are both top notch!

We have worked with Brad and his team since 2020 and have always received excellent service. The turnaround time in their shop has kept us from having long down times. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality truck service.

We bought a school bus 1,600 miles from our home knowing it’d be an adventure getting this beast back to Colorado.

We called Performance Diesel asking them to remove the speed governor and they worked us in immediately. Unfortunately the bus wouldn’t crank again once we parked it on their property.

They ordered and had a battery delivered for us within an hour. Our mechanic also replaced an alternator cable hopefully solving our problem all together!!

Every person who we chatted with was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Would give these folks 10 stars if we could!! Their kindness and hard work has us feeling very blessed.

I recently brought my 1999 Freightliner FLD in for service At Performance Diesel in Jackson,Ga and they got me take care of . If your in this area I highly recommend this shop .They’re right off of I 75 you can’t miss them..

Excellent Shop. Only shop that I will use if not related to a breakdown. Owner Brad is no nonsense and his staff is a close 2nd. Daniel has worked on my truck several times (new rear end, reseal flywheel housing, New clutch etc.) he takes the time to answer all of my questions and does a thorough job of inspecting the truck. He has even found problems that I hadn't seen and fixed after a confirmation phone call. You can't go wrong with Performance Diesel.

They performed the services to my expectations. They even squeezed me in early provided I made it there before they opened. That really impressed me. I will definitely do business with them again.

Most professional mechanics in this area. They handled my problems in a very professional and speedy way. Even when I thought I had a reoccurrence but I didn't did that not charge me for the check. All friendly and great people. All I can say if you have a problem and you bypass the shop then you still have a problem. No joke they are the real deal. And if you go there ask for John.

These guys are top notch came in with electrical issues they got it done fast everybody is super friendly and very knowledgeable also got my truck tuned and it’s never ran as good as it does now definitely recommend these guy cost efficient and great work
