Cylee is the BEST!! She deserves a raise or a promotion. She had a huge line with multiple families in the store today. I don’t usually go in, I order online a lot. However, for pros week I decided to pop in. I’m glad I did! I took advantage of the buy two, get one free of preowned games.

Cylee not only attended to me and the other people, but she did it with wonderful positive energy. She was able to look up every title I was looking for and let me know if it was available in store preowned. Efficient and fast, especially for working alone in the store.

I’ll definitely be shopping in store more frequently because she was so helpful and fun to talk games with. I work not even five minutes away. Thanks again Cylee!

Caleb from store 6798 was amazing. I was at a north port store and purchased a game. They put the wrong disk into the case. This location is very far from my home. I called to tell them and they told me that I need to come to the location. That is nearly impossible because that location is over 45 minutes away. Then they were telling me that I could go to the location next to me which is unfortunately also far away and on the road that’s extremely traffic base and I hate going out there. Finally I was able to make it out there to find out that they didn’t have the game that I had purchased. Caleb was extremely nice. It was willing to work with me and did the best he could take make me happy and get what I need it for my son. I would only go to this location in Sarasota after now, dealing with other locations in having a poor experience

Man this review is looooong over due! Cyler the store manager and Javier at this location were so helpful and so cool! I was there to get a God of War PS5. I guess since I was out of town uber decided to lose me? Anyways they got me a uber through cash app. I've been on the PS5 ever since! Super nice and knowledgeable employees! 10/10!

Everyone is always so helpful. Even on horrible days, like black Friday, they always take the time to make sure you have what you need and offer extras you may want without being pushy or up-selling. They take the time on the phone to answer questions and are always friendly.

They're fix everything with an smile and patience, the manager she's amazing!!! I got no words... I love this place you got to go there!!!

The staff was very professional. Both the gentleman working were happy and friendly. You could tell they enjoyed working there and they were knowledgeable about what they are selling. They would be a valuable resource for any company. The customer service was an example for any store. The employees in THIS store should be the model for all GameStop store and management. It should be a training store.

they have a very helpful and wonderful staff here. I was able to find what I was looking for rather quickly with assistance. They have all types of games for all three of the major game consoles. Along with plushies, action figures, collectible cards, gift cards, and so much more. A One-Stop shop for any gamer. If you're looking for controllers or any other accessories you'll find them here as well. I signed up for the Rewards program. I don't shop at GameStop very often but in the long run it saves you a lot of money. Plus you get the free magazine. One of my favorite places to shop. I wish we would have had this type of store when I was a kid. But I'm glad we have it now. Go check them out.

Went in today and saw a sale for two items I wanted. I thought I could only purchase one, however when I asked for a suggestion, Kyle convinced me to purchase both and was very friendly about it. Outstanding customer service and I'm happy with both items. I will be back for more nerd stuff.

It was pretty busy but the young man that helped me pick out a present for my grandson was great. His name was Colton. I'm sure my grandson will love it!

I was having a long day and had miscommunication with one of the employees and they were so quick to make contact and resolve the matter in a very professional and friendly manner. As well the employees were very friendly and helpful and will be back!

Got Mario party used at a discount. They were a little short staged for how busy they were on Saturday. But our experience was both enjoyable, and successful. :)

This was my first time visiting this location as im not from sarasota and the gentlemen working was very helpful. I went in to get some games and a Bluetooth for my kids. After finding what i needed i asked him for 2 remote controls for there consoles. He was able to find me some that were 30$ marked down to 5$ each. And they happend to be the 2 colors my kids wanted. They were happy. Thank you. Will be back.

The guy who waited on us was INCREDIBLE! He was very helpful and explained things in such a normal way that even this non-gaming nana could understand! His name was Michael!

I couldn't think of a better choice for your local gaming buys than this store right here. Gamestop in general does a god job hiring committed, and bright employees. However, this location near the new UTC mall couldn't be any more delightful. The store size is average to above average for the bay area chains, and the selection of items follow in the same path. The store service above all is what makes this location my go-to. Everyone has a smile, a comedic nature, as well as a helpful one. All this combined really wants a costumer like myself, my friends and family to return consistently here for our gaming needs.

So grateful for the store leader Megen! She went above and beyond to help us with my sons Xbox one. This location is great!
