Great experience buying the new iPhone 15. The store was busy, but there was no wait. The employees are experts, can answer your questions quickly and accurately, while being friendly and not condescending. I bought a screen protector with my iPhone, and the employee installed it. He felt that the first installation was not 100% perfect and he got a brand new screen protector and reinstalled it to ensure it was perfect! I think his name was Page, maybe short for Pedro.

Julian was so awesome today. Going through a rough time after my apple ID was stolen by a scammer, he was so positive and helpful. Felt so comfortable speaking with him.

I got gift cards for a gift and wanted an Apple Watch.
At Coconut Point FL they were very organized and helpful from the guy that met me to the awesome lady, Liz that waited on me. This girl was very knowledgeable and could multitask!!she had so much patience and help several people at the same time who wanted watches. I give her a great big 5

Had a demo for the apple vision pro and it was amazing! Truman was excellent and explained the many features of the headset in an easy to understand manner. I had a great time, thank you Truman!!!!

Great Apple Shop with friendly and helpful staff. The location gets very busy so if you need something specific I’d recommend making an appointment.

I don’t feel that the shop is as nice as the Apple Shop in Waterside, but worth a wander in to see what Apple has to offer.

Can be very busy, but I happen to go at a good time. The people there are very knowledgeable when it comes to their product and can help you with any concerns. They also offer classes for any of their products.

I attended a class to become more productive with my MacBook. The class was very helpful and it was fun to interact. I find the people that work here are very knowledgeable and offer great advice for my technical shortcomings.

Big thanks to Charles who talked me off the ledge this evening! Kind, understanding, quick, efficient, and so very appreciated. He turned my day around!

This is the review of the kids Apple Camp Coding Fundamentals and Programming Robots. My two kids 8 and 9 had a great time! Teachers are very patient and knowledgeable. Each kid gets a free tshirt the first day. They provide an ipad and robot for each kid so they all get to do every task during this 1.5 hr session. This is a hands on camp and really teaches them great basics of programming.

Love this Apple Store. The person that took care of me is soooo kinddd and helpful. We even share some talk about colleges and high school. Came here to pick up my order, bring right back out. I would definitely recommended this Apple store!!

Absolutely a great experience, I made an appointment, showed up and everything after that was easy, i traded in my Apple Watch 5 for an Apple Watch 6 and I’m very happy with the watch and service I received from the Apple store, my only advice would be to make an appointment,

Visited this location for service/repair on an iPhone 11 experiencing freezing and boot loops.

Our assigned Apple Genius, Nkosi, was an honest pleasure to work with. He answered every question I threw at him while methodically troubleshooting the software issues.

I appreciated his patience, respectful attitude, and determination to solve our problem.

Huge kudos to this team for their effective resolution. We will be back to this location for future purchases, service, & repairs!

Staff is always very helpful and informative. Came here a few times to buy new products, always had everything I needed in stock. Came in today to have my AirPods Pro fixed for a known issue; the Genius Bar was very professional; got me in and out of there quickly and replaced my AirPods due to the issue after troubleshooting. Highly recommend stopping by this location.

Wow what an amazing experience at this location! I broke my old phone and after failed trips to T-Mobile and Best Buy I ended here to get a new phone.
I was greeted by a helpful Nicholas and then taken care of by Erolyn. Erolyn was patient and kind. He took care of setting up my phone and helping me through all of the steps while my toddler pulled at my leg… I can not recommend this store and these associates enough!

One thing I really wanted to say about the Apple store I visited. They were super friendly and helpful! They made sure I knew how to send the gift card through email. Also warned me about the scams taking place now. I have to say. I am a Samsung person. Just having the help I received and the friendliness of the techs at the store almost made me want to switch. I am very thankful to have the chance to say what a great store this is! If I need anything else while I am here in Fort Myers that is the store I'll go to for anything Apple.

Just wanted to say Bobby from Genius support was extremely helpful in troubleshooting, had exceptional customer service, and help resolve the problem. I was able to backup my data, and was able to turn my computer back on.

I met today with apple employe Brooke she helped from the moment I walked in… She restored my faith in Apple after I was seriously considering switching to Samsung, only because of the poor service that I’ve been receiving from Apple employees sad only because they should all work to her standards… Brooke is a wonderful credit to apple organization along with her coworker Cory that help me in the end.…Both of them should be training some of other employees at this store ! They are knowledgeable welcoming, helpful and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction ..

I had an awesome experience at this store yesterday, Mother’s Day. I went there after trying to order a phone online but it was giving me next day and I wanted something for Mother’s Day so I decided to pop into the store. Unfortunately they weren’t able to assist me until the next day so I decided to look at the different colors iPhones. The young man with white/ platinum hair came to me and said if I can wait an hour he would get me in to buy my phone and that’s exactly what he did 👏🏽. The lady who checked me out was also very sweet, everyone there actually was great. 10 stars 🌟

I went in to buy a new power box and cable for my wife's Mac Book Pro. I was treated like I was going to buy 10 thousand dollars. Not just a plug, that place was so packed that it almost looked like WoW. So many people in this place, thought it was unorganized , but the store was so controlled I loved this store so much. But for me I am a Galaxy person, but I will come back here for any of my wife's Mac items.
