Went with my daughter to have a makeover at MAC in Dillards what a great experience and some fantastic Christmas deals. Highly recommend going over there for some Christmas gifts!
Revised: went to the Dillards red carpet event last night. It was so cool! They had a completely bag of makeup testers when you walk in, raffles all over the store, live music, champagne, wine and coffee, appetizers, and all the help was wearing gowns and 10% off of everything, engraving peoples name in perfume bottles, the other coolest thing was they were playing blackjack on the second floor! My hubby was very bumped he didn’t come. It was a really cool night and I hope they have another.

Every time you walk into Dillards at coconut point there’s this beautiful soul named Doris that works in La Mer who immediately greets you and goes above and beyond to help you makes sure your shopping experience is relaxing and especially fun. I hope the store knows not all employees have her work ethic and personality and treat her as important as the customers are too her with full commitment the events they have done since Doris came there has given the store a fun more environment whatever you do take care of workers like her if the store ever lost her that would be a great loss for every department.

I was very pleased that Margarita (Chanel counter) took the time to listen to my concerns about my skin care and try and recommend the right products for me. She also gave me samples so I can try the products before I buy them. She was very knowledgeable and professional.

The ladies in lingerie CHANGED MY LIFE! I have been wearing the wrong bra for months now because I’ve recently lost a ton of weight and these women went above and beyond for me. Not only do I feel confident but supported! I can’t thank the ladies of lingerie enough!

I found an evening outfit there in about 15 minutes!! Very nice quality. Shoes will be delivered in a week. Did not have my size.

Ana Johnson, in the lingerie department, was very helpful and professional. She made the experience easy, and I left with several items I’m actually excited about- she also ordered some pieces on line for me which I greatly appreciate. Thanks Ana, I’ll be back.

I was surprised by some of the features that this store has to offer.
Especially for men's boutique style shopping, it may be difficult to find products that differ from others like cologne. But here they have all the booth style sales for brands like locasta and are set up nicely in order to get your clothes and figure out what you like.

this dillards especially the women's clothes department is amazing. and the costumer service is impeccable.

These staff members were manufactured by God himself. I guarantee he is somewhere in the building keeping an eye on them because they never stop being amazing. Service is unmatched. The staff can help multiple guests in the store at once and bounce off of other staff members for help, thus creating a seamless shopping experience. They are such an exceptional team, and shopping is so pleasant here.

Great shopping destination with nice gentleman seating for husbands in the womens section. Everybody was so nice and helpful. I bought two beautiful, high quality pieces to a real great price. Most perfect to me was the professional service at the Shiseido Makeup Counter in the basement. On top of my great shopping experience I bought the perfect foundation for my skin tone. Great thanks to the professional make up artist for taking so much time for me. What a great store, I wished we would have one like this in Germany!

I went in for a jacket and dress pants. Claus knows his stuff and got me exactly what I needed. Best service and help I’ve gotten at a store like this in years!

I have to say, having other poor staff experiences at a nearby store, Patty working in the jewelry department at dillards brightened my day. Patty is the best!!!
