Terrific shopping experience and customer service from Leslie, the store manager, at Talbots Coconut Point. She went the extra mile to find me additional scarf choices for a dress and her expertise was a godsend. This is a very nice store, I will definitely be back!

I have been to this store many times, I have even purchased items, but I have yet to get a single “hello”, “welcome in”, “can I help you” or anything acknowledging I have walked into the store. I don’t get how they stay in business. And they can’t use the excuse they are busy because the store is usually empty.

The Talbots outlet in Miromar is the complete opposite, always a friendly hello and just a better overall shopping experience.
