These people were too good to me, much better than I deserve!
(Don't expect this) But the wedding is less than a week away & I've never bought or owned a suit before, so this was my first experience ever! The owner told me that it normally takes 2 to 3 weeks for process time! I thought I was done for. But I was impossibly some how able to pick it up the next day!!!
My white undershirt that I planned to wear with the suit wouldn't go around my neck when I tested it that night, so I went back the next day to the store to get a long sleeve white shirt that would work & the suit was done! I will forever go back to & forever reccomend this location & these people. When professionalism is above & beyond it seems to becomes unreal!

I have been going to Agnes for years. To alter my prom dresses and wedding dress. I haven't been in a while. However my Autistic 7 year old ripped her favorite stuffed animal at the head. Without her best friend she would not be able to sleep. I went on Friday 10 minutes before close. The owner was so nice, he said to leave the animal with him and he would bring it home to Agnes. An hour later Agnes calls me that she repaired her favorite animal in less than two hours. She let me pick it up at her house. So sweet. Way more than accommodating. Outstanding service. One of a kind. I will be a forever customer.

What a great place! William is an expert at his trade and we bought a suit at nearly the same price as it would have been to rent one for one night! It doesn't get any better than that! He fitted us for the suit in 1 try and was always concerned about our comfort over everything else! What a great guy! Thanks William and all the rest of the staff at Agnus'!

I gotta tell you I rented a suit from this place 1st time I went in I felt like family 2nd time I went in I felt like I was part of the family this place is the best place to get your suits either tailored or rent or to buy my guess is you should buy instead of rent The husband has a strong demeanor but it reminded me of my father sturdy and strong I had no problems with him, his wife reminded me of my mother when she used to cook and tells me are you going to eat Yeah that feels like home thank you for the suit I appreciate it I will always come back and refer people to you that need suits

We’ve had nothing but great results from Agnes Alterations. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very consistent and pleasantly nice.

I wanted to thank "Tuxedos & Alterations by Agnes" for saving our prom dress last week!! We originally had the prom dress altered in Jax, but when we got the dress home and put shoes on the dress was still too long. A friend sent us to this amazing alteration shop in the Outback plaza across from Bruster's Ice Cream. We actually showed up there the morning of prom in hopes that they could pin the dress or show me how to do something that could at least get my daughter through prom without tripping over the bottom of the dress. They altered the dress for us and did not in any way take advantage of our situation. They charged us a fraction of what we were charged in Jax. I obviously do not advise anyone to push life to the limits like I seem to do, but if you ever need any such services I highly recommend this to be your first stop! The dress was perfect!

William is as professional as they come. If you need a Suit or just alterations this is the place to come. I will recommend everyone I know. Thank You

Agnes is the best. She cares about making you look beautiful. I have been going to her for years now. Both her and her husband always took care of my family. I would recommend Tuxedo and Alteration by Agnes to every one. My son's wedding is in a few week and she fixed my dress and I'm so happy now. Thank you Agnes for making me feel great.

I have always had to have my clothes altered and Agnes is by far the most skilled and professional seamstress I've gone to. If you are not quite sure about a garment and what to do with it, ask Agnes - she will always give you an honest and professional opinion.

I love this place so much ! We had a lot of dresses to be altered and agnus was very patient with all of us. Tuxes are beautiful and matches our dresses so good.
