Opened a checking account with Sigred and am surprised with how pleasant the experience was. She explained my options thoroughly and didn't waste my time explaining products I wasn't interested in (this is usual with other banks I have visited). Definitely recommend this branch if you are local to Palm Coast.

This branch is the BEST bank in town!! The staff is sooo friendly and helpful. I love the “small town” feel and all of the smiling faces. The managers have created a wonderful customer experience and I appreciate Megan reaching out to thank me for using that branch. Kindness goes a long way!

Great branch. I regularly experience being greeted by at least 2-3 bankers/staff persons by the time I reach the teller counter. Their enhanced procedures make me feel more secure about my deposits. New bank products are often suggested but never "forced" upon me. My kid's love going in this branch to make deposits and visiting on kid's/family days. :)

Come on seriously is no one doing anything about this. This location really needs one more ATM! at least 2 or 3 ATMs.. The city of Palm Coast is growing fast and these lines are getting longer by the weeks. I’ve had situations where the lines are long and this one ATM is empty. I prefer the drive through ATM to get cash fast incase for an emergency but personally I dislike doing the drive up at Wells Fargo when dealing with the tellers because the process is extremely long and tedious just to pull cash vs the ATM. For larger amounts of money I just do the walk in. But come on how hard can it be installing an extra ATM

An individual called me back to set up appt to set up new accounts. Prior to receiving their call back I read the reviews online for this specific WF location. When letting the gal know what I had read, she stated that this is the entire industry and not specific to their location (talked to me like I'm brand new to banking and banks, been banking likely longer than she's been alive). When I started to tell her what I had read about her location, she quickly disconnected. To me, after reading reviews for this specific location, the call was all I needed to believe the reviews I had read. And by the way, previous banks I've banked with over 40+ years have "never" treated customers or would be customers this way. Please read the reviews and believe them!

I’m an RN and own a local senior advocate service in Palm Coast, which is registered by the state of Florida. I have visited this bank at least 5 times in the past year, since being employed by 2 seniors that bank at this institution. Each time I go with my senior clients, I have observed certain staff are rude and lack patience with the elderly. This is strictly my perception in my dealings with this branch. Today, was no exception. I escorted my 90 yr old male senior client into the bank and was greeted (without a smile) by Megan. I explained that my client was hard of hearing and he asked me to accompany him inside to assist him to to obtain a copy of a bank statement, as he was not getting them via regular mail. He’s also a fall risk and refuses assistive devices, so I’m instructed by his family not to leave him unattended. I explained that I had a senior advocate business and offered to show my credentials, but I was told by Megan I couldn’t accompany my client over to the teller’s desk to stand with him. I said “I think I should stay with my client since he can’t hear well.” Megan told me I could not go stand near my client and then asked me to leave the bank. I was appalled she would go to such extreme. Another customer in the bank caught my eye and shook their head in disbelief. I then called my client’s daughter who is POA (from out of state) to validate my credentials and give OK to assist my client, but Megan refused to speak with her or offer any solution, except to tell me to leave the bank. While I can respect the bank acting prudently and understand the concern for elder financial exploitation/abuse, I almost felt like I was being profiled as a senior scam artist. It was very unprofessional the way she handled the situation. She totally lacked customer service skills, and again, this is not my first experience with poor customer service at this bank. Perhaps, additional customer service training is needed. Megan should ask herself how she could have better handled this situation. Asking me to leave the bank because I wanted to stay with my client was unacceptable. Since this is not my first bad experience with this bank, I did file a report with corporate. My client’s daughter was very concerned with what transpired as well.

Don't waste your time. Employees have nasty attitudes. My parents just tried opening a new account at this branch today, 7/14/20, and were declined because they didn't make an appointment. This is during COVID times, so that's understandable that they might not accept walk-ins, but the way my parents were spoken to was so rude and unprofessional. Can't imagine giving my business to a branch that isn't even friendly to prospective customers. Horrible first impression.

They went down the street to PNC and opened an account no problem LOL. To Wells Fargo....bye girl. Fire your nasty staff.

My expectations were far different from reality...I open un account back in NY with this bank and I love it until we had to experience something totally different in this bank at this location.. the personel with nasty attitude..who make you uncomfortable and unwelcome...and this happened few times already ....Next time I will put their names down even I don't ferget their faces....My suggestion is to replace and handle every each of them if you don't want to lose business!!!! Costumer service is the key of success...im sure you know ...its time to put some good attitude there so costumers like me we will feel great to come at the bank ,not to feel like nervous before entering...

Wells Fargo SUCKS! Do not waste your time or money on this bank! Have been a loyal customer for many years and they can't even help me the few times I ask. Every time I need help regarding a fee they always say they cannot help or give a reason as to why they can't help, only that things are done systematically and can't be reversed. I have gone to several Wells Fargo Banks and they are all the same! Even if you are not working and have no way to pay again they will NOT help! What a waste of years of loyalty for 2 or 3 issues to occur ever in my 10 + years of banking with them to receive no help not even with any of there supervisors.

I hate Wells Fargo with a passion. They will gladly take your money and loan it to others to make a profit for themselves and hit you with stupid fees whenever and however they can.
