Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We had a great experience for our first time at Zaxby’s. We had great conversation with our order taker (who I think is also a manager) Cindy J. We are from Michigan and don’t have Zaxby’s in the state as far as we know. Cindy gave us recommendations on what she felt was most delicious, and she was spot on. She did not rush us and was not bothered by our unfamiliarity and many questions! She was genuinely happy to help us. Your cheerfulness and helpfulness really stood out for us, so thank you Cindy!!! And for the food… The signature chicken sandwich was, in my opinion, better than Chick Fil A! The fries were great, nicely seasoned. Coca Cola Freestyle is always nice to have. Our meal came out very quickly, everything was hot, tasted fresh, and plated for dine-in. We tried an array of sauces and they were all delicious. I wish we had tried them all! The cookies were a simple sweet treat for after our meal. Dining area was pretty clean and well-kept: no looming cobwebs or trash on the floor. We will be back whenever we come next to visit our parents in Palm Coast.

Always a staple in any visit to Florida. Love to stop here for a great wings and fingers meal. Love their spice levels as well because they are spicy but just the right kind of spicy level.

Food is wonderful and Fresh. This visit one of your employees Kenadie she is wonderful, respectful and pleasant, you should be proud to have a hard-working employee like her, they are hard to come across these days. We will definitely be back.

We ordered a very large (190 meals) order for a school. I met with Shannon the week before and she assured me she would have it ready with no issues. The day of, I showed up at 10:40AM and 99% of the order was complete, boxed and labeled!
The staff was so helpful and I can't say enough about how Shannon and her team pulled that off for us. Everything was perfect! Shannon was so courteous and professional thru the whole process. The kids were so thrilled! Huge round of applause for this Palm Coast Zaxby's location!!

It's rare that I can't find anything to critique, but this place pulled it off. The food was fast and fresh, service was friendly and the restaurant clean. If I really wanted to knit pick and split hairs, the ketchup dispenser was empty, and the ice was out at the fountain. So the staff was more than happy to give us ketchup packets and fill the cups behind the counter for us. Not even close to a big enough deal to take away a star. Great place to stop for a delicious and quick meal!

A wonderful young man by the name of nicholas was working the drive thru window he was so polite and respectful, and funny and I would recommend my closest friends and family to come here as the service here is top quality and others should see how hard these people work especially nicholas 10/10 will be coming back!

Patient, kind, generous staff. My 6 year old loved the kiddie cheese (its a grilled cheese for anyone who is from the northern states). We were curious about the sauces and a staff member in particular was more than happy to give us 1 of each. 10 stars. The fries are cooked to perfection. The cole slaw (chopped cole slaw?!) is to perfection. I hope they can expand up north, i think Zaxby's has a chance to beat out Chick-fil-a up there!

Mike the manager deserves a promotion he was so helpful and polite & he gave us a sample of every sauce which they all were amazing One of the best fast food chains in my opinion for the taste/value

Its great, cuz it's Zaxbys food. Always hot food and generous portions without the long wait. And as a pickup/takeout they continue to take care of Local schools by teaming up with Flagler Palm Coast Kiwanis to reward volunteers wirking the Matanzas Holiday Tourney! The food was GONE so quickly!! Very impressed by the management and the employees and the service. Very grateful. And those CHIPS!!!!

The absolute friendliest staff and location I have ever been too. I felt like it was an actual dining experience and not fast food. Shannon, took her time to recommend dishes and everything was fresh and delicious. 10/10 would go back!

Nicest fast food staff I have ever encountered. Everyone is courteous and friendly. The food comes out super fast and hot. The dining area and restrooms are well maintained and clean. It is a pleasure frequenting the Palm Coast Zaxby's. I prefer it over Chic Fila.

Good food, quick service. This is a chain food establishment. The chicken is good, not the same as Popeyes or Chick-fil-A, but tasty in it's own right.

Best zacksbys in the area. Tenders are crispy and the fries and toast are done right. Though today I had an undercooked fry but I'm not bothered considering the overall quality of the establishment

That's a 20 piece chicken tender box so and it was excellent. The breading is not too heavy and taking it nice and tender and juicy. The customer service was good and the speed was also very good I would recommend going by sometime.

I love this location, we visit almost once a week now. Ms. Adrian always greets us at the drive-thru and is always considerably pleasant and kind. Ya girl needs a raise!

Customer service was really good and the employees had manner and even gave out multiple compliments ( there name are randy and shaelynn ) the food was also super good and I’m very happy with the quality of this restaurant.
