Glad I picked this company (Generx). They installed my General 22kw generator. Everything was taken care of from start to finish. Their employees are mostly ex military or ex law enforcement with the most courtesy and respect you can imagine. They took care of all permits, electrical, mechanical and gas hookup leaving me nothing to do other than pay them. And their price was very reasonable. They also gave me a 10 year warranty which saved me several hundred dollars.
Moving forward one year. The first maintenance came due and they performed the required maintenance. I think the cost for this was a little expensive. The battery that came with the generator was not putting out enough amperage, so I let them replace it for a nice charge, of course. I thought that changing the battery in my Generac generator after one year was not right and Generac should warranty the battery for at least two years. The tech also was a little skeptical in my eyes. The oil he replaced was in an unmarked bottle. But when I asked him to show me the oem oil bottle, he did show this to me. He also could have been a little more careful. This won't make me change from five stars as there is not a better company to install a Generac generator in all of Florida!

From the initial meeting with Tim Duval , through the permit process , and actual installation Generx did exactly what they said they would. Tim explained the whole process, and made himself available even after his job was done. The communication from the office was exceptional, communicating with is through the permit process, delivery & installation and the completion. The installation crew was timely, professional, answered any & all questions we had , leveled the pads, and cleaned the area when they were done. For the final inspection they sent a representative over and she dealt with the inspector. If you are thinking about a whole house system and a reliable company to work with, look no further Generx is the one.Thank you all for doing a fantastic job. 5 stars from me!

This purchase and installation has to be one of the most professional, and yet relaxed major purchase I have ever made in my long life. From the initial estimate, through the scheduling and especially the installation everything was done efficiently and with a full explanation and description of what to expect. At the end of the installation everything worked the way it was supposed to work. The area was cleaned up and it looked like the generator had been there forever. This was a great experience and I give Generx my highest praise.

What makes this company better than all the rest in FL is 3 reasons. 1. None of the work is subcontracted. This is very important everything from the permits, delivery, install, gas and electrical is handled by badged employees. 2 Install day a large Chevy 5500 and 2 work trucks showed up. They had 5 or 6 guys knocking out the work in 1 day! Demonstrates they have the resources to retain quality experienced employees. 3. All they do is generators and have several parts locations in FL. Very professional and on time. I highly recommend GenerX of Flagler.

Working with GenerX was great! The sales guy Tim was very knowledgeable and prompt with his proposal. He provided me all of the information I need to make an informed and practical decision. The install team was equally fantastic! Great problem solvers for nuanced situations and their work was very clean and EXACTLY what to expect for quality work. Ran me through the entire process for start up and what to expect when the generator engages. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality product and team!

He upgraded our order when we decided to purchase the tanks then confirmed same day. Our installation team did a great job hooking up our system in a timely manner.

GenerX recently installed a 22kw generator at our home. The entire process was very professional. The proposal and conversation with the salesman, Ryan, was more detailed than competing proposals. The technicians who did the installation were polite and professional and answered my numerous questions while they worked. The final product was a professional, clean-looking installation.

I give the company high ratings. Our job was to replace an undersized old generator that was not working and was not worth the cost of repairing with a new 24 KW unit. The existing gas line and transfer switch was usable although the generator was being relocated, which meant the gas line also had to be relocated.

Gener X was the only dealer we found that would perform the gas line work themselves, which meant I didn't need a gas contractor to come out and by not using a separate gas contractor saved by $700.

Since Gener X Gener X performed the install, the gas relocation, and the generator startup using the same crew it was all done in one day. All the other companies said they would intall the generator. Then I would have to arrange for a gas company relocate the gas line. Then I would have to have the generator company would come back out to start the unit up.

I had a lot of estimates and Generx price was lower than most of the other estimates. They were also able to perform the job just a short time after I put down a deposit instead of being weeks out like other companies. The office and estimator were always polite and answered all questions quickly and accuritly. On the day of installation the crew was polite and finished the job in about ½ a day including the startup of the unit and the customer orientation. They did not leave until after I was able to ask all the questions I could think of.

I had several quotes for whole house generators, I choose GenerX first because the sales representative was knowledgeable and professional. The the installation crew was efficient, professional and friendly. My final set up and training by Anthony and Steven was easy and very well explained. They were helpful and patient with me. I will recommend GenerX and Generac to everyone who is thinking about getting a generator!

This is a very professional and organized company. Working with the "team" has been a pleasure. The workers are highly competent and very courteous. I recommend most highly this company for anyone considering a generator. The salesperson, Tim, is also excellent.

Excellent service. There were some issues with Bunnell and the permit office. GenerX personnel stayed on top of the issues and satisfied the requirements in a timely manner. Everyone we dealt with in this company was courteous and willing to do whatever it took to get our generator installed. Thank you!

Hats off to the entire team at GenerX. From the sales call with Tim to the final inspection every step occurred as promised. I can't remember the last time I dealt with a contractor/company that followed through on their promises. They answered every call I made, never had to leave a message. The installation team was on time. Anthony had to do some repair work on our natural gas meter with no extra charge. He got us set up with the mobile link. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. The ladies who took my calls were very helpful. If you are looking at generators and want a great experience look no further than this team.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I honestly cannot recommend them enough, they were kind, prompt, courteous of my time and did a great job. They designed the perfect house tie in set up for my portable generator. I highly recommend GenerX.

Good communication. Of course due to supply issues it was a little slow but was expected. Lots of steps; permits, delivery for gen and tanks, setup, inspection, another phase of installation, another permit signoff, but all knocked out in 5 days. Very please and all ready for storm season! Install team was really nice and went over the setup. I like the app to let me know generator status.

We had several appointments for generator quotes; 2 didn’t show; one did and I was not impressed - then Tim from Generx Flagler came. He called to confirm, and was “spot on” time wise for the appt. I immediately felt at ease - he is a wise and very courteous young man. I asked him if he were x-military- the answer was yes. How did I know? Quality in all ways and I didn’t feel like I was being sold - I was being educated. I have previously owned a Generac and made it through hurricane Harvey without any issue on power so I know it is the right product.

I wouldn’t call your sales people - sales. I would call them “generator consultants” or “advocates” because the product sells itself and Tim completes the deal with his demeanor and class.
