This is a perfect example of the wonderful customer service Brightway provided me. Heather worked with us to get a Homeowner's Policy for a new home (we closed 4/15). For whatever reason, the insurance company did not receive the check sent twice from the title company and proceeded to cancel the policy. I got on the phone with Heather, who jumped right in and started working with the insurance company to get the issue resolved. In addition to Heather, Ryan called me directly and apologized for what he called an "embarrassment" of a situation, which is accurate but was absolutely not the fault of Brightway. Ryan was able to get a manager from the insurance company on the phone and the title company was able to make the payment, getting the policy reinstated. Everyone at Brightway has been nothing but amazing and I highly recommend them!

Brightway is simply the best when it comes to your insurance needs. Heather did a great job, and really did try to get me the best rate. First and foremost you get to talk to a live person at a local office. Melanie has been my contact person throughout the process. She helped with construction insurance, builder risk, dwelling and flood insurance. Any time I had a question she was able to access the information or was able to contact loan officers etc. to find out the answer. She also has a talent to talk "me off a cliff" when I get anxious about a problem. That kind of talent is unique to her personality and rare to find in an employee.

Secondly, she was able to find insurance rates that are reasonable. I had looked at other companies fee's which were comparable but Melanie's customer service exceeded my expectation.
