I had my brothers friend help me with my Control 4 system and he was unreliable and not very efficient. I should have called Tru Tech at the beginning but I eventually did and it was the best decision I made. Jason was helpful in getting me set up for my appointment and explained the process. Justin arrived on time and was able to figure out all of the issues and get the system running perfect. Tru Tech is a great family run local company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their AV systems and smart home technology. I wish I would have called them first as I would have avoided all the headaches of having a “friend” do the install. Their pricing is very reasonable. Thank you to Jason and Justin for helping me get the system working!!

Jason and Justin could not have been more helpful. The sound system that had been installed in my home was not activated when we moved in. They researched it and found it had been discontinued. They were able to find me a solution and it is working perfectly! The best part is that I am technically challenged and even I can use the system with ease! Thanks guys!

Dez was wonderful. I'm not tech-
savvy and he was very patient explaining exactly what he was doing to set up my fire sticks and streaming subscriptions. It took longer than expected because of problems with my email address and one of the 3 TVs, but I don't mind because he did such a good job.

We absolutely love dealing with Tru-Tech AV. Installed two TVs one was a Samsung qled 8k 85 in with the new quick connect box the other was a 55 inch Samsung we put in our home gym. They were extremely professional, cautious and considerate with our expensive purchase. We couldn't ask for a better company. We won't be using any other companies other than Tru Tech. We attempted to use Geek Squad, I ended up having to kick them out of my house due to the fact that they picked up my 85 inch with just one person and put it on its face, it was a disaster and frightening quite frankly. So glad we found Tru Tech! We also purchased our Sonos Arc, we couldn't be happier!!!

Superb depth of knowledge allowed our Tru-Tech AV technician Justin to assess & fix the problems. He interfaced with both our phone provider & Hotwire to fix the issues. The problem was created due to our community contracting with Hotwire to install fiber throughout the community & after Hotwire installed their fiber equipment within our home. Then our "VOIP telephones & Fax no longer worked-connectivity issue" resulted, while the installer was here & the phones & Fax became unable to work, which they did when Spectrum service was in place (coaxial wiring).

Tru tech is a great company to do business with, from the top down. Jason is knowledgeable and patient. The techs that came out to do the work, Desi and Jared were also efficient, caring, and did a great job. Desi took the time to explain how to work the surround sound equipment and went the extra yard to show me how to pull up some YouTube videos that would demonstrate the system’s capabilities. I previously had Geek Squad out to set my Tv up, and they were good. TruTech is a step above in their knowledge and ability to explain things. I also appreciated that Jason matched Best Buy’s sale prices. Tru Tech is the best of the best!

We had TruTech install all of our cameras/TV/surround Sound/internet access points, etc. They were extremely professional, installed everything beautifully without leaving a mess in our home and we have been super happy with everything since. Jason and his team did a significant amount of work repairing our home entertainment system, installing an eero system along with various other items a few years ago. Recently our TV streaming system became inoperable and with guests planning on arriving I contacted Jason who somehow, despite being solidly booked, managed to find the time to address our issue. In the past he has on occasion walked me though needed corrections which have been extremely rare, in order to avoid a house call. His Technician Chris addressed our issue in a timely and efficient manner. He obviously is an expert and explained everything clearly. I know I can always count on them.

These guys are very professional and really know their stuff. We rely on them for all of our A/V and Control4 technical support. They are very dependable.

Justin and Sergio know their stuff ! They completly rewired our entire house with Cat6A. They mounted all our TV's and connected them to direct data ports. They put in a HIGH tech Network system with Managed switches and Access points. They put in a COMPLETE Audio and Video system (Sonos and Cameras) into the house. They answered EVERY question. Anything we wanted they made happen. Tru-Tech is ONE OF A KIND. If you want to know what "real" Customer Service looks like - HIRE TRU-TECH.

Our new build home in Flagler Beach has been a long haul but oh so worth it!!! Jason & team are amazing to work with, from the design to installation to the training of us non-tech savvy people! The Connect4 system is amazing & they have made it fool proof and easy to understand! Our fears of a total smart house were totally unwarranted, just as Jason promised us!
