Online reservation was easy to do a few days in advance. I recommend it since they run out of trucks on Saturdays. Pickup was easy and quick. They have after hours drop off and lick the gate, so don't leave your car behind the fence.

Budget told me I had to drop at this location (there are truck locations much closer to me, but none that can take a 16' truck apparently).

So, I drove 24 miles, arrived just before 10am...they are supposed to open at 10:00.

It is now 10:59am, I've waited an HOUR. No one here, have called Budget -- FOUR -- times, they apologize and say "someone should be there any minute!

When I called back, I relay that promise...and say I'm still sitting here. Can't drive my car off the ramp without a spotter!

There is not a budget truck rental here. This pin needs to be removed. The budget truck rental is across from Wendy's heading towards Bunnell which also operates as an antique shop.
