Firehouse Subs

I recently visited this firehouse subs and it was such an amazing experience! They gave my son a fire hat and interacted with him. The food was fast, fresh and tasted amazing. We will definitely be back to this restaurant and I highly recommend it!

I did online pickup, and had to place an order when I got there as well. Probably the best customer service I've recieved at any fast food place. Wednesday January 11th. If you were working this night, your courtesy meant more than you know. Sometimes it just takes a little kindness to make a bad day a bit better. Thank you guys for that.

Ordered the new everything hook and ladder. It's ok, the bread is a little heavy. The original is better in my opinion. However, I use a cane to walk and the wonderful lady behind the counter helped me to my car so I wouldn't drop my food. Great customer service and excellent attitudes.

ordered at the wrong location but when I showed up, I assume the manager (black hair with bangs, tattoos, red polo) was more than happy to make the order for me. wish I caught her name but she gave fast service & made sure I got everything I needed regardless of how busy it was!

I was very impressed with the professional service that I received from this location. I also appreciated the fact that upon my arrival it was visually noticed that all members were adverting to COVID-19 pre cautions. My meals were fresh, hot, and ready for pickup and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Please keep this level of service up and I will then be sure to return many times.

Went there to pick up an online order. David went above and beyond to help when I realized I had placed the order for a different location on accident. Everyone at this location is always polite and efficient. The food is always delicious.

The sub I had was out of this world. The place was really busy, customers everywhere, yet the staff kept everything orderly and got all the orders out quickly. I'll definitely be going back there
