I have to get a referral from my doctor, and they were quick, not only that, on the phone this sweet young lady named kiana was super sweet and did her best to help me find the help I needed🤍 these people do care about their patients and it’s very noticeable. Thankyou all💖

Always like coming here for my mammogram. Staff is very caring and respective to all concerns.

New to the area. Needed blood work done for my new doctor. They were very friendly, as well as fast and efficient

Front desk is rude and unfriendly. Gets mad if you don't have the paper order that was called in or sent electronically. You register online and still have to fill out paperwork to register so you do it twice but pre-registering is supposed to keep things moving?Scheduling calls to schedule you. They get snippy because they have to look up your order. Again never given a paper order it was done electronically and you get a sigh and an eye roll and treated rudely. Sorry your staff have to actually do something to get paid. They act as if they are highly inconvenienced because you are there. The technician was great though. Its too bad the first impression/experience stands out so negatively. The technicians deserve better.

The lab is slow, check in especially. Recommend Quest. Quicker.

Horrible to be on the phone with receptionist. I had been on the phone with Jessica and Victoria. I had going thru too many phone tags and nothing but trouble. I had important paper work from my primary doctor in my hands. They want referral from my doctor to fax it over for just physical therapy . Been calling and calling too many numbers thru Advent health center. Some gave me wrong numbers to too many different departments. Very frustrating. Finally I found different physical therapy office in Palm Coast by heart beats!

My mother had an emergency, she was screaming due to kidney pain, yet they wouldn’t attend her. They told her to wait because there was 8 other people with appointments, even though none of them had an emergency. It is astonishing that they could see my mother in a wheelchair screaming in agony and do nothing. I don’t blame the people up front but the managers and doctors. It’s ridiculous that you call yourself professionals. I left and went to another hospital. Please if you are reading this avoid this place at all costs.

This hospital is a joke. Been there for four hours sitting in the waiting room doing nothing total chaos.

This place was terrible. The provider did not listen or Do an exam just order tests. What kind of healthcare is that? Go to Halifax health. Worth the drive and wonderful staff.

They do not answer phones half the time. Employees just stand around BS with each other while phones ring off the hook. They cannot find the techs who are suppose to do the procedures. It is a circus!!!

This place is not worth your time. You aren't a priority but your money is!!!
