Publix Pharmacy at Providence Pavilion

I want to take a moment to give a special shout out to the pharmacy manager. She helped me with an issue a couple of weeks ago when nine out of 10 pharmacists wouldn’t have done anything. In addition, my wife was taking shots for blood clots after a recent pregnancy, and she went out of her way to change her prescription from two shots to one shot. No one asked her to do this. Really good job!

I was in a serious car accident involving a semi. I couldn't find my prescription pain meds anywhere. I would have had to wait a minimum weeks time to get the meds. The pharmacist was compassionate and got me my meds that same day although I have a feeling that was all they had left. You just don't find this anymore.

1st time in this store. I am a Truck Driver and had gone to Peachtree Immediate Care next door. I had pulled a thigh muscle. Took my prescriptions in and had the very best customer service I have ever had at any pharmacy. Wonderful lady took care of me. Could barely walk in and she had my scripts filled in 10 minutes. All 3. Very impressed!! Thank you to your staff Publix!

Never had any issue with them but I always use the app and order and pay ahead. I do agree the techs could definitely up their customer service but at the same time you can tell they are understaffed which I’m sure does not help in an already high stress job.

Well its easy to drive to not much traffic great store employees friendly and respectful and little safer for now 😃😃😃

Good store. Everyone is usually pretty helpful, and no one is rude.

Stood there at the window for ten minutes or more on several occasions and was ignored. Have messed up prescriptions left and right. Pharmacy staff has always been rude and communication with the pharmacy is terrible. Everyone at this Publix is so nice but the pharmacy is extremely disappointing.

Hit or miss with customer service. More miss. People are not coming always to pick up maintenance medication. More often than not someone is not feeling well and are there to pick up medication to feel better. The staff does NOT have to be rude! TO THE PHARMACY STAFF ….. YOU have loved ones. Treat people the way you want to be treated or the way way you would want your loved ones treated!!!! DO BETTER!!!

Do not go here. The staff is really awful. The tech ignores you and doesn't say anything. She clearly hates her job. The pharmacist is horribly slow and doesn't know how to provide customer service. There are so many better pharmacies around the area. Give your money to someone who is actually happy to help.

pharmacy department is the worst. on a wednesday i tried to fill a prescription the lady told me to come back in an hour. i waited there for an hour and when i went back to the window she said that i had to back on saturday to get it filled. you have my phone number so why wouldn’t you call to tell me that instead of having me sit for an hour and wait? some things are just common sense.I drove back on saturday and then she said i had to wait until sunday. I didn’t get an apology for the confusion an apology for the mixup or anything.Last time I come to this pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy in the area. The staff is slow to respond and they are virtually nonresponsive. I was told 20 to 30 minutes and after an hour, they still had not filled either script and they informed me that one of then could not be filled and that the other would take another 10 minutes.

The worse pharmacy ever!! Prescription is never ready, even if your doctor sent your prescription HOURSSSS ago!! They will also lie and act like your doctor never sent anything over. I’m done using them!!!

Go literally anywhere else. They'll tell you 20 min but an hour later you're still waiting. And that's after they look at you for 10 minutes but ignore you like they don't know why you're standing in their drop off window. Two different people made eye contact with me multiple times, they can at least say "hi it'll be just a minute".

Rude pharmacist or pharmacy tech. Since when can u not simply just let someone know if they have your medication in stock, to avoid wasting a trip. Doesn’t seem illegal just inquiring.Ridiculous!

I wish I could give no stars 1hr for them to make 4 subs. The lady Jackie working in the sub shop is terrible all of the people in the deli need more training and customer service training. I will never come back to this publix.
