This place is truthfully a hidden gem!! I pass by iNatural Eats daily and never knew it. Oftentimes, I associate “healthy eating” as salads. My mango barbecue chicken, rosemary rice, and broccoli was absolutely hot, freshly cooked, and delightful. The gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and personable. I will definitely visit again.

Hidden gem! It is rare to find restaurants that have truly healthy & organic ingredients while also being reasonably priced. Both my boyfriend & I ordered vegan dishes & they were to die for. We are MEAT EATERS, but could not get enough of their fresh veggies. With that being said, I look forward to trying their beef, chicken & fish dishes. Both of the owners are so kind, cultured & clearly have a knack for food. I will be back!

Amazingly delicious. Wow the family vegan sliders were so bomb. Definitely worth the wait and ever penny. Not to mention the limeade is perfection.

We visited iNatural Eats for the first time the other night. We arrived right before they closed but they ensured us that it was alright to come in and order. The cashier was very polite and took the time to answer all of our questions about the menu. We ordered the sweet and salty salmon that comes with two sides. Collectively we ordered the organic quinoa, caramelized sweet potato wedges and both got the kale salad sweet and tangy. This is not fast food and takes a few minutes but absolutely worth the wait. The food was so delicious we didn't even get a chance to take a picture before we devoured it. The salmon was seasoned well and juicy with a good balance of sweet and salty. I am not a fan of kale but their kale salad was delicious. The sweet potatoes were delicious and cooked to perfection. We tried the lemonade and limeade which were both great. I prefer the lemonade as it was a little sweeter but still tart. This restaurant is the perfect fit for our healthy lifestyle. We will most definitely be back!

iNatural Eats is so tasty and most importantly healthy. I got the Rosemary chicken, sweet potatoes, Alkaline chop, and Kale salad! 100% satisfied with the entire meal and the freshness! My new favorite restaurant- I will be going back.... again.. and again to support the business and fees my body properly.. The chef also gave great customer service. Try it out and your body will thank you!

I was so delighted to discover Natural Eats yesterday. My husband and I went vegan in January and it's been a struggle to find vegan food that I don't have to personally cook. And, amazingly delicious vegan food! All of the sides are vegan. I did a 4 veggie bowl and have been eating it for two meals now, it's such big portions. The kale salad with vinaigrette was amazing, as were the sweet potato wedges and the grilled vegetables. Can also be located on Door Dash. They are definitely at the top of our rotation list. (and they look to have some yummy meat entrees as well for the carnivores).

I wanted some food and did not feel like cooking after a long day of work and then I came across this specialty. I had the vegan sliders and steam vegetables and both were great but the seasoning on the vegetables were magnificent. I have no vegetables left and I just knew this was going to last 3 days, but I do have one sliders left. It was made to order and it was delicious. Give it a try!

I promise you, this was the freshest food I ever tasted! It was my very first time eating here and it was a great experience all around: great hospitality and customer service.

I had the healthy bowl with brown rice pilaf, potato wedges and sweet potato wedges with two chocolate chip cookies on the side ... Ooowee! Extremely delicious. I thank y’all for this great food experience. I will be coming back today to get some cookies 🍪

I can't say enough good things about this little budding gem. I had the pleasure of spending some time with Shirley getting to know about the restaurat a little more. Patience is a near necessity when enjoying your dining experience here, but good things come to those who wait. The owners and staff REALLY care about the quality that they are providing and it shows through and through.
The food was DELICIOUS 🤤🤤🤤 and the prices for the portion size are exceptionally rare to find. The fact that it was easy for my food allergy family to walk in and easily choose from a fruitful menu of gluten free and vegan / dairy and egg free options was like a wonderland.
Every single meal is prepared to order as of right now, so be prepared to wait for your food; but it's very apparent that these people have a finite eye for delectable fair.

This evening we ordered three meals and every single menu item was deliciously seasoned, well prepared and nicely packaged too. How fortunate to find tasty, organic food of this quality nearby. We fully agree with the previous reviewer who described iNatural Eats as a "hidden gem".

Ok, so it’s made to order. If you’re on lunch, order ahead… The vegan sliders are so good and it’s not a fake meat burger filled with harmful chemicals. The sweet potato wedges delish and Portion size more than ample to fill you (I couldn’t eat the entire thing in one sitting). I’m vegan my friend wasn’t and we both enjoyed our food. Go here!!!

Where to start. The one negative reviewer here posted derogatory personal comments about the owner. The irony in her comments is astounding, whatever her perceived problem may have been. When I was there, the owner was just as pleasant as he could be. Friendly, energetic and enthusiastic about his business, and for very good reason. (Even though he did try to get me to eat kale. Ok....so even the kale was wonderful, how'd he do THAT?).
All kidding aside, the food was simply outstanding.
Call ahead. This is no fast food joint, (but there a McDonalds down the street if you're in the mood for Irish food).
I would suggest ordering to go ahead of time. Quality takes time, but I have no doubt your order will be properly, cleanly and professionally packaged and ready for you on time. Fresh, healthy and delicious food.
I mean, I ordered a simple chicken salad sandwich and it was AMAZING.
Fairly new to Smyrna but easily the best food I've gotten here by far.

Inatural eats has great food that is healthy and delicious. When you go there, you have to get the KALE SALAD WITH THE SWEET AND TANGY SAUCE. Hands down BEST thing on their menu among other great options. BBQ Tofu is also a must have. Vegans can eat here!

Attended an event on Wed 7/11/18 and was VERY impressed with the food. The fruit was fresh and perfectly ripened. The home made pimento cheese was great as well as the chicken salad.. I would recommend this catering company to anyone who was looking for good quality healthy food for their family or group.

Great food. Wouldn't call it vegan cuisine when meat is on the menu, but super tasty and fresh quality all the same. When so much of our society's diet in this day and age is overly processed - and less 'food' than food-like products - a place like this is a welcome change. Tasted great, felt good.

The food is spectacular! The instructions I left they actually complied without hesitation. Thank you for having delicious vegan food and valuing your customers . Your restaurant will definitely be my new Friday lunch place !

This place is amazing!! I got the Vegan Sliders and Brussels Sprouts!! I have to tell you those Brussels sprouts were soooooo tasty!!! They have a wide variety of fresh food that is made in house(slaw, ketchup, etc), with no chemicals and no preservatives.. Great food, convo, and customer service!! All the side are VEGAN!! Something for everyone!!! Definitely will be back soon! Thank you Chef Forrest!!! (Sorry for the screenshot photos lolz)

The food was excellent and healthy. I had the healthy bowl with 3 sides kale salad, roasted sweet potatoes and grilled broccoli sprouts. Well worth the wait food is freshly made.

Love the experience, nice establishment, Food is great, kale salad is awesome. Sweet potato is awesome. Check out there chicken mango BBQ dish. It's fantastic. If you love vegan food you will love it here...!!!

Communication was great as they did everything they could to service my needs and as far as the food goes as soon as i saw my order i could tell it was prepared with the utmost care and looked beyond delicious!! Above all i really appreciate their natural approach to food and they KNOW what they are doing with their ingredients having been organic farmers! I would highly recommend to anyone for event or personal uses (such as myself) that wants great quality food made by quality hands! See ya'll in 2 weeks...
