We had really good experience with this store,. My husband and I try to find floor tiles that were installed 23 years ago…Justin came to talk to us and showed us around the store when we just walked in, he was very nice and friendly, and willing to help us searching around…We know that is not easy… but they do deserve a 5 stars for their service! We recently got our floors & baseboards replaced and Courtney and her crew were amazing!
Extremely professional and super friendly, they did an amazing job and the whole experience was very easy and straight forward. We were so impressed as the team made sure everything is on schedule, the work looks amazing. Courtney is a great communicator, very knowledgeable and helped explain the cost and was very helpful with our different design choices. We can’t wait for our counter tops and the backsplash installed by them!

I can't say enough about Bryant with Carpet One. Man he helped us from every step of the way. They had plenty of the flooring that we wanted in stock and the installers did an amazing job. Start to finish I was impressed with their whole process. Even have a fancy measuring laser thing or something that measures it so exact, pretty impressed for sure. Finally, I found an amazing flooring company!

Deven made my experience a breeze, I couldn't believe how involved he was when he needed to be. A+ to him. I will definitely be using this company again as long as he is there!

We are building a new home and needed to pick out all types of flooring, and tile for baths. It was a lot to decide on but Dick’s Carpet One has a great selection. Courtney was a great help in picking out Luxury Vinyl Tile, carpeting and all the different tiling for all of our baths. We were very happy with the service and help we received.
