The good: They were very friendly and accommodating to schedules for dirt delivery.
The bad: There was broken glass in our fresh "screened" topsoil. I called to let them know and they just thanked me... I'm still picking up glass and won't let my son in the yard so he doesn't get hurt (only one years old). Now we can't wait for the grass seed to grow we have no option but to purchase expensive sod to try to cover the expensive top soil with glass shards.
Overall: Extremely disappointed
