When I made requests for estimates, these folks were the first to respond and actually came to my house the same day even though they are a couple hours from where they have their shop. They also gave me the best quote for much better product than the other competition. They were on-time, fair and professional with their installation and follow up inspection with the County. Also, there were no surprise "additional" charges for anything no matter what they had to do. They stand by the original estimate. I wish all companies operated the same. Each contact whether on site or by phone was always concluded with "let me know if there is anything else we can do or help you with. Truly OUTSTANDING customer service.

Our experience with Florida Power Automation was superior beginning with our request for an estimate for a Generac all the way to completion of the installation of our generator. Not only were they the quickest to respond but the fairest in price. Their price never changed even though there were a few hiccups to get final inspection with the city. They are true professionals.
