I had the pleasure of working with Doug two days in a row! He helped me with all my license and motor vehicle needs! He was quick, knowledgeable, and funny! Best experience I’ve ever had at the DMV, and I’ve been to quite a few in all different states!

Had an incredible experience with Jennifer and her Flagler County peers today. Proccessed an auto title change for a state transfer and a new FL license in less than 15 minutes. AMAZING customer service experience with a smile, just minutes before closing time. 5+ Stars all the way. Thanks for such a great welcome to Florida state!

First time applying for disability permit for my Dad. The experience was great. I had th form from the doctor and his license so there wasn't any issues. I received exactly what was needed in a quick visit. The person was personable and efficient.

We didn't have all the documents necessary to get our FL licenses and title. Lisa was very helpful and very friendly. We returned today with the correct paperwork and were served at window 9...she was just as friendly and helpful.
We completed that task and ventured up to do our homestead paperwork. Again we were greeted with helpful smiles and positive personalities!!
It is an oddity to see government employees so happy and seeming to really enjoy what they do!
We are glad to call Palm Coast home!

I went to this office about 3:30 expecting it to be full but there was only one person in front of me. I needed to get a disable parking permit and I just wanted to complement Stephanie on her delightful customer service! I noticed I could her survey cards but she didn’t ask for me to do this; she was extremely nice and is a plus to the customer service at our DMV!

Most pleasant experience at a DMV, ever! Doug was helpful, efficient, and entertaining. Every DMV employee(in all states) should be trained at this facility. Looking around, I noticed everyone working there being so nice and making all the customers feel at ease and important. Great job Doug and Flagler County!

My visits to this place have consistently been enjoyable. Unlike typical DMV/tax collector offices, the service here stands out. Doug provided incredibly fast assistance with my complex tag and title issues. His personable and responsive approach made what I thought would be a complicated matter surprisingly straightforward. Kudos to Doug for thoroughly understanding and resolving the issues!

Had a great experience with Doug today. We renewed my and my wife’s driver’s licenses. Although our case is unusual, being that our visas were in the process of renewal, he was able to do it right. Great Job!

While trying to renew license & truck registration at the same, I knew it was two transactions as corroborated by Stephanie. Dave over hearing, stated, “I just had a cancellation, I can assist this gentleman”, I immediately went to Dave’s window. Dave promptly renewed my documents.

It was a glorious moment in life to witness coworkers assisting me in expediting my renewals.

I went to renew my car registration today. The new ticket system was easy to use. Robbie Walters was my agent. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Lisa at drivers licensing was amazing! She answered all of my questions and assisted me quickly. She was very friendly and courteous! It was the easiest, friendliest trip to the DMV!

Once again, it’s been a great experience visiting the Flagler County Government Center. Whether it’s for vehicle registration, property tax payments, or any other county government service I’ve needed. I’m always greeted with a smile, and get my business taken care of promptly, efficiently, and accurately. I was in public service for 34 years in South Florida and I know it well, and it’s rare to see this level of customer service, especially in government. This time it was Lisa with the great sense of humor that helped me out. Keep up the great work!

Robbie helped me today at the Bunnell DMV. He took time to understand the details of my request for a disabled placard renewal and was helpful to get it done for my daughter! Thank you so much!

I went in to the Bunnell office to transfer my residency from Colorado back to my home state of Florida and was surprised at the amazing experience.
I got the pleasure of working with a great lady, Stephanie. She was patient and informative. Her friendly demeanor made me feel like I was making a friend, not getting a license.
I am from Palm Beach county, the DMV is typically a nightmare experience- not here in Flagler county. I laughed, I smiled, and even ended up spending less than expected.

I closed on my home on 12/28 and started a new job 1/3. I had ltd time to get to DMV to transfer my NY license to Florida. I waited 20 minutes and I got window 5 (Doug). He was very kind and explained I needed a few extra documents. The time was 4:08 and I told Doug I live 5 minutes away. Doug said well this transaction is approximately 15 minutes and that they close at 4:30.
I rushed out and cam back. It was 4:22. I was frantic and trying to input info on the sign on PC, At that time two ladies came out and said the gentleman at window 5 saw you and said come right in. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was for Doug to take the time not just to remember who I was but to provide service on short notice. Doug is an asset to the DMV. Thank you Doug!

Just moved here and Wendy took care of my new license (heard today was her last day, so good luck to her) and Steve took care of my car registration (black car, lol). Both couldn't have been nicer to work with. Thank you.

Since moving to the Bunnell area we have made several trips to our local DMV and I was pleased to find that each trip was a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and efficient and willing to share their knowledge when needed.

The Flagler, DMV, is a seamless operation. They did an outstanding job and seamlessly got me through the process of registering my vehicle. Lisa was a great pleasure to work with.

I elected to renewal my license plate in person in order to obtain a new tag. The wait was minimal and Doug, the staff member that assisted me, showed patience and professionalism while I reviewed the tag options. He was quick and efficient in completing the process and was a pleasure to work with. The entire process from checking in to leaving took less than 10 minutes. Great job Flagler County!
