Heritage Hall Tazewell

I give Heritage Hall Tazewell a five star rating because of the the love and care the staff has for the residents. My great grandmother spent her last days there and the nurses and staff treated her with the upmost care, love and respect.

My Grandmother was at Heritage Hall Tazewell for Therapy and she received exceptional care. Everyone there was extremely kind and professional. My Grandmother thought the world of each team member and I could never thank them enough for making her feel so comfortable in a home away from home atmosphere.

I have had a family member be a resident of Heritage Hall Tazewell and I can’t say enough about the profession care that is given to the residents. The nurses are so caring and personable. The faculty is clean and everyone smiles and speaks when you come in.

I have worked at Heritage Hall-Tazewell for over 19 years, and am proud to be a part of such an amazing, caring team. I have experienced the facility not only as an employee, but also as a family member of a loved one receiving skilled care. I have full faith in the facility, and am proud of the care we provide on a daily basis.

My mother was a resident at Tazewell Heritage Hall for over 20 years. Over the years I watched them continue to always improve in care. The staff had become like family to my mom. As her son I had moved to Florida. My mother never wanted to move with me. Heritage Hall did wonderful care for my mother up to her passing. Working in healthcare myself, I can say that Heritage Hall of Tazewell is the best facility in the area. Nice clean facility. Good management and staff.

We received excellent care for my grandfather during his stay at Heritage Hall, Tazewell. The staff were always kind and treated him with respect.

I have worked for this home for 24 years. The residents, families and co-workers become apart of who we are everyday. I love my job and enjoy coming to work . I have had family members here, who have said they would not ever have went anywhere else. The care is great, and all staff are friendly and caring. I am so grateful to be an employee here!

I have a family member that is a patient of heritage hall, she is a transplant recipient and is on a strict medicine regimen that has not been followed. Her meds have been skipped all together, her piqline was bloody and unattended for several days, I have pic's. I personally know several employees and the ones I know personally are top-notch, if this situation isn't resolved to her satisfaction by Monday 11-11-2019, I will call state and find out why. Subpar care isn't acceptable.

There were a few that helped. But NO ONE told me that I needed to work hard. The food was terrible. Again a few encouragers but would not recommend!

Some decent nurses and some very inexperienced rude nurses unfortunately. Just a number here

Have 93 yr old Great Aunt at Heritage Hall currently for broken bone therapy. I am very disappointed in the treatment. I must almost daily call and complain because they continuously neglect following my Great Aunt's doctors orders.

I can only say the place needs investigated! Lazy! Leaves patient on bed pan an hour med not given out on time. Smell waste and urine from other rooms ,where they let the patients lie in it. Trash cans over flowing,the aids will not do anything, they nurses stay on their phones they do not want to get up for nothing. Absolutely horrible. Hardly anyone there on weekends. They make enough money from the patients insurance to cover all this. Are they pocketing the money something is going on. Needs investigated.
