Lisa was extremely friendly and helpful in showing me the parking space and unit I was interested in and handled all of the reservation and eventual rental documents quickly and efficiently. The facility is extremely clean, neat, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

The online process is a bit confusing as you read and try to understand the processing. But they answered my questions, patiently took their time with me explaining the process. I didn't feel like a burden thanks to their good customer service 😊

Facilities that I have used have always been clean and tidy. The employees I have dealt with both here in Palm Coast and in west Palm Beach have been great. Very helpful and friendly!

General Manager Mayra Ortiz was incredibly helpful and patient. She showed us 2 units so we could compare their sizes and answered all of our questions. She explained the discounts available to us so we could choose the best one for us. I feel confident going forward with storing my belongings at this facility.

My husband and I love this storage facility. We were waiting for our place to be ready to move in when we unexpectedly got a phone call that our belongings would be here the next morning. Not knowing what to do we decided to call them up to see if they could help us out. They were so helpful in finding the perfect store unit for us and super fast. We were able to rent the unit without any inconvenience and they were available for any questions we had. I definitely recommend this place, the unit was spacious, clean and ready for us the next day.
