I walked into store to cancel an order I placed with another mattress because I still had questions and doubts about my choice.
I walked out 100% comfortable with new choice and discovered the power base that changed my life.
Most importantly, I felt like I have a friend for life. Samantha is one of the kindest, most personable person I have ever met. She is so knowledgeable about the products and goes out of her way to help people. As I walked out of the store, I am a better person simple by meeting her.

Samantha went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect mattress. She took the time to show us different models, allowing us to test them out and providing valuable guidance along the way. Her patience and willingness to answer all of our questions made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.

We have purchased at Mattress Firm in Palm Coast exclusively since 2015. Our experience has always been positive and we are usually pleased with the products. Our last mattress was 11/2 years old and has literally collapsed on one side. Jason was quick to see my pics of the mattress and got approval to completely reimburse us and apply credit to a new mattress. He was handling about 4 other customers single handedly and remained professional with all- quite an achievement. Thank you to Jason and we will remain customers of Mattress Firm!

Your salesman, Jay, was so kind and helpful. He explained the various mattresses and helped me decide which would be best for me. I chose the one I wanted and said I would be back the next day to firm up my purchase, but the next day I was sick and couldn’t come. I came the day after that and Jay was right there helping me again. I am very satisfied with Mattress Firm, and especially Jay!

Samantha was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all the products and all the beds. There was a good selection to choose from. Appreciate the extended amount of time for Returns, if necessary. Was a good experience overall, and would recommend to others.

My husband and I bought a mattress two years ago from Mattress Firm. The manager gave us a great deal and it was delivered very quickly, which is so unusual now. Because of the great service, when we needed a daybed we knew where to go. Again, we were treated so well. We got a great deal and Jay, the assistant manager, was so helpful. We appreciate this store so much. We can’t say enough.
