Mike Has been wonderful to work with! When ever I have a question or concern, I can contact him and hear back with in 24 hours (usually much less) with a response. It is so nice to work with him directly and not have to worry about going through multiple people to just ask a question. I have recommended him to multiple people and will continue to recommend him!

I received two bills from farmers insurance, I paid them together and mailed them in. Farmers applied one part of the payment to my auto insurance and refunded the rest to me. In the meantime I received a second bill for my homeowners insurance which I had already paid. So I called Mr. Zeefe’s office and spoke with Bree. She did some research, called me back, had the check canceled and applied it to my homeowners as it should have been. She is fabulous, she is awesome and she deserves a raise.

Worked with Tonya Brey on a quote for manufactured home insurance. She was awesome! Answered all of my questions and found me the best possible rate. She was a pleasure to talk to and didn"t try and sell me something I didn't need. Very patient as I had a lot of questions. Would highly recommend using this company.
