MPower Fitness - 24 Hour Gym

Lifetime member. Definitely the best gym in PC in my personal opinion of course. Great staff ( yes you Christine) and members. Free weights are sufficient and machines are good. Ample space for classes as well. If you have kiddos there is a spot for them too (for a fee I believe)

This is an awesome gym. My wife and I were in town visiting family and we needed a workout, so we checked out Mpower. Super friendly staff and great equipment. Everything you need for a full body strength workout with weights and machines.

This gym is a wonderful facility. It’s clean, the classes they offer are fun and challenging, and the kids care area is top notch. The ladies in the nursery are kind and caring and know each of my kids by name. You really can’t find a better gym better in Palm Coast.

We have enjoyed using this gym so far. My children love going to the kid’s area. The ladies there are wonderful and my kids always have so much fun!

Great selection of equipment and lots of classes, there is truly something for everyone! The Kid's Corner is the best, the staff is energetic and always engaging with the kiddos. Hands down the best gym in Palm Coast 💪🏼💗

The only gym I’ve ever been consistent with. Love the variety of classes offered and the trainers are wonderful. The ladies who work in the childcare are amazing.

I love this gym. One of the best iv seen. Only issue iv seen is they have signs reading "cameras are watching and a $25 fee for not reracking weights" and they obviously don't watch the cameras because there is always weights not reracked.

Mpower is awesome! There are so many great classes and amazing trainers. The kids corner staff is wonderful. It's so nice to be able to get a good workout in without having to worry about my kiddos. So grateful for this place.

Mrs.D, Mrs. Olga and Gisele are fantastic! I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter in their care while I get a workout in. They are always so friendly.

Best fitness center in Palm Coast. Amazing team of trainers. If you like group classes, then this is your place. They offer a wide variety of classes, from dance to weights, yoga, and pilates and zoomba and so much more!!. State of the art equipment too. So come in and make some friends. This place is a game changer!Excellent trainers!!

I love working out here! The people who run it are not satisfied to rest on their laurels, instead, they are constantly looking for ways to improve the gym. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean and well laid out. It's just a great gym!

I've been a member for the past year and a half! I love working out here! They have great equipment and classes are super! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I've also been doing personal training with David Paul. He has helped me change my shape, strengthened my muscles and my doctor tells me, that he's keeping me out of a wheel chair!!! MPower Fitness is The Place for excellence!!!

I moved to Palm Coast last August and joined M Power Fitness soon after I got here. It's the cleanest gym I've ever gone to. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. They have group classes and offer individual workout programs. I'm writing this review during the current Covid 19 time frame. This week the gym reopened and It's even cleaner than it was before. They're at a 50% capacity as required by the governor. Social distancing has been implemented and they're doing everything in their power to make this a safe experience. I highly recommend this facility from my personal observations and experiences. I'm 65 and it's the best gym I've ever been to for what I need to stay fit.

I started at MPower fitness back in early fall and I fell in love immediately. The staff is gracious, attentive, and extremely helpful. You always get a warm welcome when you arrive! They have sooo many awesome classes that are included with your membership (which that alone is amazing!). Recently I have started working with one of their trainers, Jessie and she is by far wonderful. It’s been a great experience and I’ll continue to work with her! The gym offers a clean, comfortable environment with top of the line equipment and it’s always being sanitized. I would hands down recommend this gym to anyone, young or old! There IS something for everyone! I’m excited it was referred to me by a friend and I’ll continue to refer people!

The gym is very clean, has a wide variety of equipment and the classes are amazing. The classes have great trainers and challenging enough to see results. Also the childcare option is a huge plus as well.
