I went in yesterday for a last minute gift for my sister and the girls working there were an IMMEDIATE help! I found a great dress for her in like 5 minutes just by asking for a couple options. Great deals too. Great destination for gifts!

During all the hustle and bustle of last minute shopping I was fortunate to meet a sales repasentive named Claire. By far the most helpful sales person I have came across this season. 5 stars not enough and ability to mix and match stuff for my wife was amazing. Thx Claire

The manager at this location is very rude. No respect for customers, she did not greet or welcome us. I was with a friend and her daughter and because she had a child’s milkshake IN the cup holder of the stroller with her child occupied by a tablet she told us we could not be in her store and needed to leave. She said she doesn’t allow drinks in there. Mind you, this is the ONLY Francesca’s with that rule, and not to mention the drink was IN THE STROLLER, not even being used in the moment. She could’ve came off completely differently, but instead the attitude and her approach of the matter caused her to lose business from 3 customers.

I honestly forgot to write this because family was down on vacation. I always go to this Francesca’s and the younger girls are always so sweet when I come in with my son. This time I came in and the way I was greeted was “NO FOOD OR DRINKS”. We always have a sippy cup for him no matter what. Instead of kindly saying I can hold that cup up here while you shop. She was extremely rude. I will no longer be purchasing here. I have spent over 1000 I’m sure at this store. Rude. Won’t be back. No one has ever said anything to us before. Atleast say hi with a smile before you take my head off.

The manager of this store has to be the RUDEST person I have ever come in contact with. From looking you up and down when you walk in without greeting you to making rude comments to you while shopping. The store is never open when it says it going to be and you can see the manager sandy in the store with the music blasting. I’m not sure if she can’t hear the music or she purposely has the music so loud that it makes you not want to shop in the store. I spend a lot of money in Francesca’s and will never return because of her. I can’t believe they allow to manage or even be an employee at the store with her horrible attitude and judgmental shelf. I will make sure to tell anyone I talk to stay away from that store because it’s not even worth your time.

The manager Sandra is extremely rude and has no people skills. She doesn’t greet you or say please or thank you ever. She acts like it is a burden you’re in the store. Very disappointing as I love this store and have spent a good amount of money over the years.

Manager is incredibly rude. Very much profiled me when I walked in. Just stood there and crossed her arms at me. Went to ask about a price to another worker and she just interrupted us and said the whole store was $10. Kinda glad there’s more Francesca’s around than this one.

Absolutely RUDE and I am pretty sure she is the manager. I hadn’t walked 2 steps in and she said, “NO FOOD OR DRINKS” and pointed at my kids, so I took my baby’s snack away and she started crying. The manager pointed and told my kids to go eat at the picnic table, in such a RUDE WAY! Like, I understand you do not want a mess in your boutique but, she could have been WAY KINDER with her approach. I said, “well then we won’t be spending money here ,..” handed my kids their food back and walked out. Incredibly disappointed because, I had to buy a birthday gift. This is not the first time this woman has been rude, I know exactly who she is, she transferred from the Naples store. Older with blonde hair, complete RBF … no smile whatsoever. Disappointed to say the least, and I nevvvvvver write negative reviews.

Older lady in the store was extremely rude. Made up a rule saying “There’s no food or drinks allowed.” When I confronted her about why this wasn’t displayed on the doors, she didn’t have an answer. She told us to put our drinks behind the counter or we could leave. We chose to walk out.
