Cottages By The Bay Apartments

I love living here! It's always so quiet. My apartment was newly remodeled before I moved in and it's such a nice place. Everyone that works here is very friendly along with the neighbors. This place is perfect for someone living by themself, a couple, small family, anyone!

We appreciated Henry and Adrianna for all their hard work they have done for cottage by the bay . They truly are hard workers. We understand that it is going to take some time to get Cottage by the bay up to pare because of the previous management neglected .Clarissa is by far the best landlord we have ever had. She was able to work with us during Covid and is and has always been able to reach unlike the last landlord we had. Over all Cottage by the Bay is own home and we truly appreciate their dedication to the tenants.

I'm bais , I am maintenance for the community

The apartment and residents are fine. The only issue I have had is with the creepy unprofessional maintenance guy. He took three weeks on getting the apartment next to me fixed up after the tenants moved out. It would have been impossible for someone to work from home or sleep during the day if they work nights with the very loud banging. Recently a new ac unit was put into my unit. Many of my things were moved including my TV and not put back. After maintenance locked my apartment he proceeds with a lite cigarette in his mouth to go in again to let a random stranger look into my apartment because she was interested in renting the same layout. I do not think the guy knew my doorbell camera was on. When I confronted this guy he said what is the big deal god D word lady. He lacks common decency and character. These apartments are peoples homes and should be treated with respect. Like the guy told me he does not give an F word and it shows. Also tenants should not be talked to the way this guy has it is concerning.

Please don't believe the last commenter. Sometimes it's really quiet here. However, 2/3 of the year, the military base is very active. The military troop full of assho stops here at 7 am on the road near the houses and starts yelling in hellish voices. IDK if that's their exercise or the fun time. This may last probably 20-30 minutes. It is super loud! After that, there are loud trucks constantly driving up and down. Then, construction. Right at the fence, cars back up and squeal. They can beep for 2-3 hours. You will have a lot of problems with sleep and your mental state. Get ready to be involved in the life of a military base! You will remember this experience forever. I can't wait until we get out of here. It will be one of the best days of my life.

Don't move here. Can't get anything repaired.
