UF Health Orthopaedics - Palm Coast

My right shoulder rotator cuff repaired by Dr. Gay. Two tears and one complete separation. I can't thank him and his staff for making this procedure a 100% Success. I have recommended two other friends and they were both very happy with him and his staff as well.

All of the staff is super nice and friendly. Saw the PA Taylor and she was fantastic. She was able to help with my pain and get me back on my way. Will definitely be back if I ever need anything again.

I have to say that Flagler Health + orthopedic specialists are very professional and very friendly. I would like to say thank you to Amanda at the front desk for helping me get my information in order. The other ladies are excellent with helping me out as well. Dr. Keene knows exactly what he is doing and I have to say that he made me feel very comfortable during my appointment.

All staff members were professional and pleasant. Amanda at check out was helpful in getting the disc for my x-rays. Tatyana at the reception desk greeted with a smile and quickly signed me in. Kevin and Taylor were efficient in getting me ready for my appointment. Krista in x-ray provided clear instructions. Dr. Rosenbaum listened to my concerns, did not make me feel rushed and provided me options to help with my issue. The decor at Flagler Health + Orthopedic specialist is calming with beautiful photographs of sea scapes and abstracts.

My first time fractured this office made the experience memorable. From every office visit even the Dr and his team that did my surgery. Everyone was very polite and if was stress very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service from the time I checked on until I left. Everything was on time. Everyone was friendly (big shout out to Corina and Amanda). Dr. Gay was great and explained everything in sufficient detail ensured I understood all my options. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!

The visit was very quick and all of the staff was extremely helpful, competent and kind. All of the staff seemed to actually care and worked together to get me in and out. Definitely recommend as they take care of everything for you in a timely manner and make things as easy as possible for the patient.

While on a cruise in Cozumel, Mexico I fractured my fibula! Dr. Rosenbaum and his staff scheduled an appointment the day I returned and scheduled surgery. Now I am on the road to recovery. I highly recommend this team of staff and doctors at Flagler health and orthopedic specialists. They get the job done right.

It is so amazing that you can call their phone # and actually talk to human being! Everyone we have come into contact with, both on the phone and in their office has been so kind and positive. Highly recommend !!!

They are the best doctors and nurses the made my day today after going to see them for a follow up and they are view help and understand the problems you have and they always try to make sure your okay before you leave.

Dr. Putney and his staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend their practice.

Great staff and doc’s

I hate that I have to give even one star.
I broke my knee back in late March and was referred to Dr. Rosenbaum. I only saw him once and the rest of my visits were with his P. A. That's fine no biggie. I get my bill and proceed to make payments. October 24, I call and make a $10 payment. I told this individual 3 times $10.00. I check my bank account today that he took it upon himself to take out $298.10. I am beyond mad. I call the billing department to get the account straight and I'm told they can't credit my card but they'll send out a check. This doesn't mean squat when you're leaving town the next morning. My advice is, don't make payments over the phone! Mail in a check or go into the office. What they did is vert deceptive and teters on the edge of fraudulent. I'll never do business with this practice again!

Update

After sharing this post, not only has Flagler Orthopedic Specialists failed to contact me , but three days after taking the $298.10 out of my account, they have the audacity to send me to collections for $100 more than the initial bill and taking what they did out of my account. I am contacting my insurance company to advise them of this situation.

I don't know what has happened to Flagler Health Care but it has gone down hill. It used to be my first choice for health care but not anymore.
You should be ashamed of yourself. I'm so glad I have the bill and my bank statement.

Be careful of their billing! I visited Dr. Gay for a frozen shoulder and received one injection. Had a follow up visit and was advised that a second injection was not necessary and only exercises were needed at that point in time. I received a billing statement from the office and also my insurance and there was a charge for a second injection. I called office to report the incorrect charge and was told I would receive a call back. Nothing. Reported it to my insurance and nothing. Called billing department and was advised they would call back, nothing. Statement came in mail today that it is moving into collection status. No one believes me. UPDATE: issue has been resolved. A lovely lady in the office took the time to dig into the issue and realize that I was incorrectly billed. Apologies were also given, both for the mistake and the delay.
