Friendly service not crowded atmosphere.
These people are extremely friendly it is unfortunate that there are so many limited JCPenney's now because of the fact that they were just amazing back years ago...

Very nice store in an older established mall. The store has bright 🌞 lighting, clean, spacious, and fully stocked!

And they always have amazing sales on really nice items!!

I was able to walk right in & get a refund for shorts that were too big for my hubs. No muss. No fuss. I had ordered them online. The associate was kind & friendly & refunded my money back to my card. It took less than 5 minutes!!!

Went to the Labor Day sale, it was fantastic. I bought clothes for my upcoming cruise at a fraction of the original cost! So happy. Skirt $5.20! Shoes $7.00. Don't miss their sales and always check clearance rack.

Wife and I were suit shopping. I never shop for clothes, but our associate was so patient and truly cared about making me happy.

We visited the Salon Mrs. Oneka is so amazing inside and out. She did the hair of a picky 9 yr. Old., When finished (under an hour) not only was my 9yr. Old over joyed (and sported a new attitude, to match the new style) I was very pleased with prices, time, cleanliness of store and all the precautions in place due to this pandemic. Thank you Mrs. Oneka

The cashier was knowledgeable in what I was looking for. She offered for me to apply for a c. card and I did. Cleared and was given a percentage off of my purchase. Then I received a ten dollar reward in my email. Good deal!

Vicki helped us with engagement rings and we're so excited! They're having an amazing sale, so we'll be back to purchase them tomorrow 😁😁😁!!! Yayyyy!!!! She was absolutely amazing.... very friendly, knowledgeable, extremely polite and outgoing, helpful and joyful! She made the time fun and exciting for both my fiancee and I. She deserves a raise, I want Vicki to receive the commission from our sale because I truly appreciate her help and hard work! Thank you again Vicki. However, I need to speak about the credit cards for jc penny. Years ago I had one, I never missed a payment except I was late one time because of the mail. I do not owe them one penny! My husband and I tried to apply for one today.. after 30 minutes waiting my husband hung up from the card. The company for the credit card is going to sink JC Penny, wait and see!

Pauline was fantastic. She helped me find coupons on my phone & got me some great discounts. I found a couple of pretty shirts & a great deal on a pair of shoes.

The sales associate / cashier Linda was absolutely amazing with her customer service and signing me up for the rewards. More cashiers should be trained by her.

This store has incredibly helpful employees. I have taken both of my daughters shopping to this JCPenney. I don't always have good fashion sense....ok NO fashion sense. The employees helped both of my daughters to find clothes. Since one of my daughters has Down Syndrome it is difficult to find her clothes that fit well. One of the female employees (wish I had her name) gathered pants from all over the store so my daughter could try them on. Gabriel is excellent also and helped me with a purchase.

Went to the salon for my daughters hair cut and she was so happy and excited. She loved her new cut! Thank you. Great job!

Optometrist is first rate and friendly. Optical department is meticulously precise and provides beyond customer service. Customer care.

We have taken my son there for years and they are always as nice as can be!

This is practically the only place that my hubby can find shirts to fit him. They have their Men's Big & Tall clothes in their own separate section, which makes it easier for us to find clothes for him instead of having to search through piles & racks of clothes that would not fit him.
