Dillard's

I'm so happy with how this store has stayed (stocked) I wished all the Department stores were like this one. It was so refreshing to see a store with so many Beautiful things in it. We were at J.C Penny's and they had nothing in it. Their shelf's were empty. We were looking for work pants for my husband and Dillard's had so many choices. We found everything we were looking and then some.

Great shopping experience at Merritt island Dillards . Found great clearance deals . Team member Carnell super helpful and friendly!!

Gorgeously decorated. Well- stocked, great service. You don't get this experience shopping online.

Jessica, the manager of children's clothing in the Merritt Square Mall did a fashion show on Sarurday, August 5. It was delightful and covered ages 3 to teens! What a great job. All the girls and boys were adorable, all shapes and sizes! Thank you Jessica!

I was looking for some children's clothes for my ever growing daughter's and Kerri was super helpful. It was like I had my own personal shopper. She was great at helping to pick colors that worked for each girl (one being fair skin and the other more olive complexion). Kerri also helped to entertain the children while we shopped by providing some colors and coloring pages. Highly recommend Dillard's children's department.

I was there sometime ago and I was looking through the watches...
Ms Penny was very helpful and kept me posted on a selection I wanted.
I did purchase the watch and got a great savings on it as well.
I will be back again in the future.

I just left Dillards shoe department and Nancy was the sweetest person! I called in advance to see if they had a certain shoe in stock in my size. A lot of times when you call stores for help, associates can be impatient- That wasn't the case with Nancy. She was so kind, polite and didn't rush me off the phone. When I arrived my shoes were ready to go. She genuinely seemed happy to help me. We had great small talk. People like her make the shopping experience that much better. Thank you Nancy!

I always have really good luck finding women’s clothes in this store. They’re never crowded, often not as expensive as one might think, and they always have some great sales and clearance items. Nice selection of formal/evening wear, as well as weekend and business casual. Helpful/friendly customer service too!

Walked into Dillard's/Merritt Island today looking to return an item and was greeted by Haley. She was so pleasant and helpful, and she also signed me up for updates on items coming in and/or on sale within my size. So cool! She really talked me into loving my dress! I will update later with a picture from the wedding in November!

I went here for a gift for my wife. Sonja at the Este Lauder counter again made my shopping wonderful. She is so nice and helpful. She is everything department stores used to be. Helpful, outgoing, joyful, knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY but very, very accommodating. I recommend you ask for he by name. She IS AMAZING! The store is still clean and nice too.

This Dillards location has much to offer! Ms. Sonja, Sales Associate, is top-notch. She did an outstanding job with finding me the best personalized gift for my family. Some sales associates avoid rather than supply you with the service customers desire, but not her. She was very personable and presented the much needed face and smile to this Dillard's location. The variety in selections in clothing, shoes and fragrances are awesome. Thank you for a delightful shopping experience!

Got to say I was very impressed and happy stopping by today. Drove from Melbourne to another store for an item that is sold out at the Melbourne mall only to be told by the attendant at that store they don't carry this item after showing him it is listed as being there on there website. We went to a local restaurant for dinner while waiting for my meal I got onto Dillard's website where I was able to 'chat' and the attendant told me they had one of these items left. I asked if they priced match and got the response ' Dillard's doesn't price match' I was just happy they had the product. After finishing dinner I went to the store and sure enough they had the item which I got the last one and asked if they happened to gift wrap? Was told yes they do and the sales clerk pointed the way. The lady at the wrapping station said she was alone and had 5 other packages to wrap but would do her best and to give her 30min. I walked around the mall for a few and returned to find the best wrapped little gift around. My hat goes off the fabulous people working at this location. On my way out my wife who was waiting and the gift is for was being entertained by Chris at the perfume station.. really appreciate the help.. you guys all rock! The other stores need to take lessons from you. Oh! And they do price match! :)

Today I had a great experience buying undergarments with Bethany at the Dillards at Merrit Square. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and sooo helpful! 10 out of 10 for her! Dillards seems to be the last place around that actually has salespeople to assist the customers. I will definitely be returning.

Great associates and sales right now in the men's department! David E. assisted us and was so helpful and knew where to find sizes in lightning speed! This gentleman even took something right off a mannequin! Ask for David if you want quality help. Was a great time and such kindness! Win, win!

A charming man named John who was working his last day before retiring after decades at Dillard's shoe department (to care for his terminally ill wife of 45 years he told me) kindly helped me to pick out the perfect Ecco shoes for my husband. Without his guidance I would have purchased the wrong size because the brand tends to run quite large- a fact I would have had to learn the hard way. He gladly assisted me and made fashion suggestions to select an entire outfit for my husband to go with the shoes! LOL. Dillard's is my new favorite department store! I only hope there are more sales associates like John. Prayers for your wife, John.

Purchased some pretty sparkling green jewelry for St. Patrick's Day that was on sale! What a variety! Nothing like the 'bargain basement' stores that trap tourists! Very cordial saleslady engaged in quick conversation and I left liking Dillard's even more!
